Villa Iris in Pinheiros Altos, is a welcoming 4 Bedroom and 5 bathroom villa which is currently undergoing some exciting new internal furnishings. There is a large flat screen TV with Lazer TV offering a range of UK and international channels. There is wi-fi and air conditioning throughout the villa. Both the living room and the adjacent dining room have patio doors leading to the BBQ terrace, outdoor covered dining area and sunny seating by the pool. The kitchen is large and well equipped with plenty of natural light.
Villa Iris is built over three levels and has four bedrooms in total, all ensuite and all air conditioned.The master bedroom suite, is on the first floor and has patio doors leading to a spacious terrace with chairs where you can enjoy your first cup of coffee each morning. And another double bedroom with ensuite and access to the terrace. There are 2 bedrooms on the ground floor. There is a twin bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and another double bedroom with ensuite bathroom.
The villa is over 3 levels and boasts views looking towards Pinheiros Altos golf course. An enormous swimming pool of 16m x 6m (which can be heated - extra cost) means you can have a lot of fun! Enjoy cooking up fab meals on the gas bbq and relax in the sunshine outdoors on the terraces and poolside.
The villa is set in secure gardens with extensive dining and lawned areas to relax and enjoy the Algarve sunshine.
Quinta Shopping is a short drive away with further shops, restaurants and bars. Let’s not forget the Lake too with various water sports and restaurant . that’s if you don’t want to go to the beach. Many of Europe’s best beaches are only a short drive away! Plenty of the Algarve’s famous Golf courses are nearby. You can read more about Playing Golf in the Algarve here!

Pool heating is available and costs an additional €400 per week. The price is inclusive of VAT. Please note that the temperature of the water when heated is dependent on the external temperature / weather. Cold overnight temperatures and rain will mean that the water may be cooler. We cannot guarantee a temperature of the water. Please note there is no pool cover.
Changeover days vary from property to property please email us for more information. It is necessary to vacate the villa by 10am. Access to the villa is after 5pm on day of arrival.

For all rentals securing deposit must be paid on time of booking this is 25% of the total booking cost. All deposits are non refundable.
All rentals - the balance is to be paid 12 weeks before arrival. A security deposit of €1000 is payable before arrival. The security deposit will be refunded in full within 14 days after departure if the property has been left in an appropriate condition.

The quoted weekly rates include maid service with a mid-week towel change. Stays of 13 nights or more include a long-stay clean and linen change. For stays of 9 to 12 nights for your comfort, there is a compulsory additional maid service with linen and towel change at a surcharge of €247.60. The rental includes air conditioning, preparation of the property and cleaning on departure. All bed linen and towels are provided.
