Villa Eden is suitable for up to 4 adults and 2 children. This modern 3 bedroom townhouse is situated in the Quinta Formosa condominium next to Pinheiros Altos golf course.

As you walk into Villa Eden, you are immediately met with the living and dining room. This room has minimalistic feel throughout which has been tastefully been decorated. This bright room has a large wooden dining table to seat 8, which is located behind the grey 2 seater sofa. In the living room section of the room, you have the grey sofa, 2 pouffe's and an additional brown sitting chair which is a perfect spot to have a read of your favour book. Here you have a flat-screen tv with cable. Wi-fi throughout. The kitchen and living room are separate rooms however kept together with serving hatch between the two. The gally kitchen is fully equipped with all your essentials such as coffee machine, oven, electric hob, microwave and much more. Additionally on the ground floor you have a guest bathroom with shower.

On the first floor, you will find three bedrooms. Bedroom 1 is the Master bedroom which is a neutral, spacious and homely room with a lovely beachy feel. This room has an ensuite and a private terrace which overlooks hectares of countryside. Bedroom 2 is a second double room with wall length wardrobes. Bedroom 3 is a single bedroom which has a roll-out bed underneath (both only suitable for young children).

All rooms in Villa Eden has an air cooling ventilation system.

Back outside in the lush garden area of the villa, you will find a long private garden with outdoor furniture. This garden has plenty of space to let the little ones run around while still being secure. The garden is secured via hedges on either side and a fence at the bottom end of the garden. You have an outdoor dining table that seats 6 with a charcoal BBQ.

This townhouse has access to a shared outdoor seasonal pool.

For golf lovers, there are 8 championship golf courses within 10 minutes drive. The largest tennis academy in Europe is located just 8 minutes drive from Quinta do Mar. For those that prefer a more relaxing holiday, there is plenty of spa's in the vicinity including one located at the nearby Ria Park Hotel and the spa at Vale do Lobo. In the nearby town of Almancil you will find some fabulous restaurants. Well worth a visit is the popular streak restaurants Parrilla Natural and Gourmet Natural. All of the restaurants in The Golden Triangle are child-friendly but we particularly recommend Koko lane (with playground attached) and Casavostra Pizzeria.
