Luxury never looked so good...welcome to Villa Gaivota! This breath-taking five bedroom villa is located in Luz and really is one of a kind. One standout feature is the pool area, which overlooks the ocean and has comfortable bed loungers to really make you relax. The interiors are bright and spacious, equipped with everything you will need!
Note: The villa isn't suitable for children 3 years and under due to the high walls and stairs. If you do have children within the group, please take caution on all staircases and supervise.
The exterior
We have already mentioned the stunning outdoor area at Villa Gaivota. Looking out into the ocean from your lounger, or the pool, is a feeling like no other. The large pool is perfect for cooling off, with heating and electric cover available at an additional cost. You can also enjoy al fresco dining at the spacious dining table.
There is a spacious garden and a water feature with a cascade on the wall of the house. There is also a large trampoline to keep children entertained. Near the garage door, on the shade, there is a tennis table.
The living areas
The interiors of Villa Gaivota will make you feel like a celebrity. The front door opens to an open space with the dining area and lounge on the right and the kitchen on the left. All areas enjoy breath-taking views over the sea.
On the left hand side there is a cloakroom and a well-equipped kitchen with breakfast area with seating for 5. There are 2 Kuppersbuch ovens and a microwave, 2 Siemens fridges and a freezer. The induction hob is also Kuppersbuch, a Delonghi coffee machine and a Smeg kettle and toaster. There is also a Juice maker and a Nespresso Cappuccino machine.
There is a dining table for 10 and next to it the lounge area with a Samsung smart TV and Sonos sound system. There is Netflix TV, Apple TV and IPTV. Finally, you will find a utility room with a Siemens washing machine and dryer.
The bedrooms
At Villa Gaivota, you can wake up in a comfortable bed every morning! There are five bedrooms, sleeping ten guests. Bedroom one is a double bedroom with en-suite walk in shower and a Samsung smart TV, opening to the terrace and pool area with views over the sea.
Bedroom two is a double bedroom with king size bed; with walk in shower en-suite bathroom and bathtub, as well as a closet area. The bedroom opens to the pool area and has views over the sea.
Bedroom three has a double bed and en-suite walk in shower, patio doors opening to the garden and Samsung smart TV
Bedroom four has 2 double beds (150m width) and an en-suite walk in shower. There is a Samsung smart TV. This bedroom also has direct access to the garden.
Bedroom five has a single bed (please note, this room does not have natural light)
