Villa Tiago is a charming 3 bedroom linked villa, located in the prestigious private condominium of Fazenda Santiago, only a short driving distance from the well know luxurious resort of Vale do Lobo and its bars, restaurants, beaches, golf courses and supermarket.
The villa has been totally refurbished in 2019 and has a modern and welcoming interior design. It is set on three floors; on the ground floor you can find the lounge, dining area, kitchen, a cloakroom and a bedroom. On the basement level there is a convenient bathroom (with shower), a TV room with large flat screen TV and a full range of Sky channels, and a small laundry area. On the first floor of the property you will find two more bedrooms with south facing views over the surrounding countryside.With an open plan to the dining area and lounge is the fully fitted kitchen with, fridge, oven, microwave, hob, coffee maker and dishwasher. This whole living area and the outside area are equipped with bluetooth Hi-Fi music system to create a desirable ambiance.
The accommodation comprises three comfortable en suite bedrooms, all of them equipped with fitted wardrobes. The ground floor bedroom and one of the upstairs bedrooms are twin/doubles and the first floor master bedroom is a double. The bathroom in the master bedroom has a double sink, a bath and a separate shower. The other two bedrooms are equipped with a shower room.
The laundry is equipped with a washing machine and a tumble dryer.
Through the French windows from the lounge / dining area, you will reach the pool terrace with a small lawned garden. Here you will find a seating space ideal to relax and enjoy an alfresco meals or cocktails and two different covered dining areas, one of which is below the covered gas BBQ terrace.

The quoted weekly rates includes maid service with a mid-week towel change. Stays of 14 nights or more include a mid-stay linen change. For stays of 8 to 13 nights, there is a linen change surcharge. The rental includes preparation of the villa also cleaning on departure and air conditioning. All bed linen and towels are provided.
SandyBlue can provide many extras on request (charges apply) such as in villa catering, car hire and airport transfers etc. Please ask for more details.
Individual hire: Foldaway bed with linen and towels €125, baby travel cot (as provided by the manufacturer) & provision of foam mattress, linen and towels €90, high chair €30. Extra Maid service on request - €60 per 2 hour booking (this consists of either 1 maid for 2 hours or 2 maids for 1 hour).
For all rentals, a securing deposit must be paid at the time of booking. This is 25% of the total booking value. All such deposits are non-refundable. The final balance is to be paid 12 weeks before arrival.
Accidental Damage Cover (Non-Refundable)
Villa Tiago is covered for accidental damage by a non-refundable charge of €6 per person (excluding infants) which will be added to your confirmation invoice. This covers you for accidental damage to the property during your occupation up to the value of €200 per incident. This expressly excludes damage caused through negligence and / or vandalism.
If there has been any damage to the property which exceeds the value of €200, or we believe has been caused by negligence and / or vandalism, you will be notified by email within 14 days of your leaving date and we will issue you an invoice for immediate payment.
In the event of any damage, we ask that you notify us immediately regardless of value.
This does not cover lost house keys which will be immediately charged if lost.
