This elegant and contemporary 5 bedroom villa, located in Quinta do Lago, has recently been built and is decorated to a very high standard. The 5 bedrooms (4 of which are en suite) are situated on the ground and first floors.
Lovely sitting room, overlooking the pool, gardens and lounge terrace area with 2 comfortable big sofas and an Italian Wood Coffee Table. Flat screen TV with Lazer cable channels including BBC, ITV, Sky Sports etc; DVD player and Music System with I-pod dock. Direct access to the Dining area, whichfeatures a large Italian wooden table and chairs which seats a maximum of 10 persons. Direct access to the barbeque terrace, gardens and pool and also to the adjacent kitchen.
Fully equipped kitchen with separate big freezer and big fridge; dishwasher; juicer; coffee machine; microwave; kettle; big oven; an island with electric & gas hobs and extractor.
On the ground floor you will find 2 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 (grey room) is a twin room (can be made as double) which has an ensuite with bath. Here you have a terrace overlooking the gardens, with flat screen TV and walk in wardrobe. Bedroom 2 (light pink room) can also be set up as either a double or twin room. This bedroom also has ensuite with bath and seperate shower unit and access to the garden area.
On the first floor you have 3 bedrooms. Master 1 (White room) has a king size bed measuring 1,80x2m with a large wooden pannel head board. This room has a private dressing room, large balcony with gorgeouls garden views, flat screen TV, music system and a private ensuite.
Bedroom 2 and 3 on the first floor share a bathroom. Bedroom 2 can be prepared as a twin or double. This room comes with a flat screen TV, ensuite bathroom with twin hand basins and seperate shower. Bedroom 3 (brown room) interconnect with bedroom 2. This room has a pullout sofa bed (sleeps 1 adult or 2 children) . Both these bedrooms share a terrace which overlooks the garden and small putting green.
There is a music system with 2 speakers in the outside covered BBQ area. The covered BBQ area features a Gas BBQ and is surrounded by a beautiful atmosphere with nice transparent curtains, lots of candle lanterns, 2 outdoor day beds next to the pool, sun beds positioned on the terrace around the pool or on the lawn grass area- where you can relax and enjoy the sound of the birds and the ambient music sound. The 8 sun loungers together with the day beds are enough for 11 persons. The swimming pool measures approximately 12 metres x 6 metres, and next to the pool is the small synthetic putting green.

The quoted weekly rates includes maid service with a mid-week towel change. Stays of 14 nights or more include a mid-stay linen change. For stays of 8 to 13 nights, there is a linen change surcharge. The rental includes preparation of the villa also cleaning on departure and air conditioning. All bed linen and towels are provided.
SandyBlue can provide many extras on request (charges apply) such as in villa catering, car hire and airport transfers etc. Please ask for more details.
Individual hire: Foldaway bed with linen and towels €125, baby travel cot (as provided by the manufacturer) & provision of foam mattress, linen and towels €90, high chair €30. Extra Maid service on request - €60 per 2 hour booking (this consists of either 1 maid for 2 hours or 2 maids for 1 hour).

For all rentals, a securing deposit must be paid at the time of booking. This is 25% of the total booking value. All such deposits are non-refundable. The final balance is to be paid 12 weeks before arrival.
Accidental Damage Cover (Non-Refundable)
Villa Orchid is covered for accidental damage by a non-refundable charge of €6 per person (excluding infants) which will be added to your confirmation invoice. This covers you for accidental damage to the property during your occupation up to the value of €200 per incident. This expressly excludes damage caused through negligence and / or vandalism.
If there has been any damage to the property which exceeds the value of €200, or we believe has been caused by negligence and / or vandalism, you will be notified by email within 14 days of your leaving date and we will issue you an invoice for immediate payment.
In the event of any damage, we ask that you notify us immediately regardless of value.
This does not cover lost house keys which will be immediately charged if lost.
Security Deposit (Refundable)
In addition to the ‘Accidental Damage Cover’, Villa Orchid is also subject to a refundable ‘Security Deposit’. This is a fixed amount of €2,000 and is payable at least 4 weeks prior to arrival date.
Any damage caused to the property must be reported immediately and any damage cost will be deducted from your security deposit. Your ‘Accidental Damage Cover’ will cover the first €200 of any single incident.
Following your departure, the Property Management Team will inspect the property and you will be informed within 10 days of any issues identified. Your security deposit will be returned within 14 days.
