With superb décor and furnishings throughout, Villa Golfe has an elegant sophistication and a spacious hall sets the standard for the entire villa. There are three main reception rooms; a comfortable living room, separate dining room and an additional sitting room. Home entertainment includes cable TV with a wide range of channels including Sky Sports, a DVD player, CD player and sound system. The ergonomically designed kitchen is fully fitted with oak units, granite worktops and a range of equipment, including a dishwasher, American style fridge freezer with ice maker, microwave, coffee maker and toaster. There is a separate laundry room which houses the washing machine and tumble dryer.
Sleeping accommodation is on two levels, each luxury room has its own distinctive style and charm. On the ground floor there are two twin bedrooms, one with an en-suite bathroom with bath and separate shower and the other with an en-suite shower room. Upstairs are the remaining bedrooms; one twin with an en-suite bathroom with bath and shower, one bedroom with twin beds with full en-suite bath/shower room. The master bedroom also has full en-suite bathroom and shower facilities plus cable TV.
Patio doors open out onto an expanse of raised, covered terrace and there is a gas barbecue for ‘al fresco’ cuisine. Steps lead down to the circular poolside terrace and a free-form shaped pool measuring approximately 9m x 4m (pool heating available at an extra charge) with Roman style steps. The whole area is adorned by flowering shrubs, pots and planters and beyond, the lawn stretches right down to the edge of the golf course.
Quinta do Lago is one of the most luxurious areas on the Algarve coast. Stunning architecturally designed villas and resorts sit in harmony within the 100’s of hectares of natural pine forest and award-winning landscaped gardens, all intertwined with 4 golf courses.
Facilities include a floodlit tennis courts centre and water sports centre. If you need a bit of retail therapy, a bite to eat or even a late night drink and dance, the’Q’ Quinta Shopping is at the entrance of the Resort and features fabulous boutiques offering exclusive designer labels and interior designers showing off object d’art. In addition, there are some appetising international restaurants and some lively bars.
The objective in Quinta do Lago was to create a luxury estate offering owners and guests privacy, tranquillity and seclusion, combined with an active social and sporting life and a wide range of leisure and sporting facilities.
The environment at Quinta do Lago has UNESCO protection because of the 18 hectares of the Ria Formosa Natural Park which falls within Quinta Do Lago boundaries. The Ria Formosa is a tidal inlet that is a protected home of migratory birds and a wetland of world importance. The Quinta Do Lago / Ria Formosa is one of the last unspoilt coastal zones in Europe.

Rates are quoted in Euros with a guide Sterling value and payment can be made in either currency.
Pool heating is available and costs an additional €575 per week. The price is inclusive of VAT. Please note that the temperature of the water when heated is dependent on the external temperature / weather. Cold overnight temperatures and rain will mean that the water may be cooler. We cannot guarantee a temperature of the water.
Changeover days vary from property to property please email us for more information. It is necessary to vacate the villa by 10am on the last day. Access to the villa is after 4pm on day of arrival.
For all rentals, a securing deposit must be paid at the time of booking. This is 25% of the total booking value. All such deposits are non-refundable. The final balance is to be paid 12 weeks before arrival.
Accidental Damage Cover (Non-Refundable)
Villa Golfe is covered for accidental damage by a non-refundable charge of €6 per person (excluding infants) which will be added to your confirmation invoice. This covers you for accidental damage to the property during your occupation up to the value of €200 per incident. This expressly excludes damage caused through negligence and / or vandalism.
If there has been any damage to the property which exceeds the value of €200, or we believe has been caused by negligence and / or vandalism, you will be notified by email within 14 days of your leaving date and we will issue you an invoice for immediate payment.
In the event of any damage, we ask that you notify us immediately regardless of value.
This does not cover lost house keys which will be immediately charged if lost.
Security Deposit (Refundable)
In addition to the ‘Accidental Damage Cover’, Villa Golfe is also subject to a refundable ‘Security Deposit’. This is a fixed amount of €2,000 and is payable at least 4 weeks prior to arrival date.
Any damage caused to the property must be reported immediately and any damage cost will be deducted from your security deposit. Your ‘Accidental Damage Cover’ will cover the first €200 of any single incident.
Following your departure, the Property Management Team will inspect the property and you will be informed within 10 days of any issues identified. Your security deposit will be returned within 14 days.
