The villa is a short drive from Quinta do Lago beach and is close to all amenities such as gourmet restaurants, bars and shopping. The exterior

Set in a spacious plot with matured gardens and lawn area, the villa is not overlooked and offers great privacy. The outdoor area features of a large pool with a salt water system. It can also be heated at an extra cost and has a pool cover. Extensive terraces and plenty of sun loungers and parasols, perfect for sunbathing. The covered lounge and dining area are ideal for outdoor living in every season. There are also charcoal and gas BBQs to show off your grilling skills and cook up a storm in the sun!

The living areas

Entering the ground floor from the entrance, you will find a tastefully decorated, bright living room, a TV room with a 75inch TV, a garage, and a utility room with washing machine and dishwasher. On the same floor, you will find a fully fitted, large kitchen with a breakfast bar, toaster, kettle, coffee maker and more. The kitchen, living and TV room are open to the outdoor through French doors.

The entrance of the house features a generous parking space with room for up to three cars, plus there is a generous size garage.

The bedrooms

On the ground floor there is a one double bedroom and a bathroom. Going up the stairs, you will find the remaining three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a contemporary look and features a queen bed, a sofa, custom closets and a bathroom. Exiting to the private terrace, you will find a sitting area and double sun loungers. The other bedrooms are twins that can be used as double. Both have en-suite bathrooms.
