Welcome to Casa Liliana, an appealing and serene villa in Lakeside Village. With 3 bedrooms, it's a perfect choice for families and is ideally located near Quinta do Lago's hottest spots. There are plenty of sun-soaked areas to enjoy, while the interior offers plenty of comforts. How about we show you around?

The exterior

Soak up the sun at Casa Liliana! The villa provides private parking should you require it, which can be found at the front of the villa. At the rear of the villa, a private paradise awaits. The green surroundings, including the lawned gardens, will bring a feeling of total tranquillity. There are sun-loungers around the pool, which can be heated at an extra cost. There is also a baby pool for the little ones.

There is an outdoor dining area, plus a gas BBQ for tasty meals outside. There is a further covered terrace, with a coffee set. Finally, on the first floor, you will find another terrace that overlooks the pool and the beautiful views of the lake. The roof terrace is ideal to relax, whilst watching the sunset, also with lake views.

The living areas

Casa Liliana offers comfort throughout the villa. There is an open plan space, so natural light pours in from the terrace doors that lead to the pool area. The living room has a TV and sofas, while the dining area offers space for 6 people. This area is fully air-conditioned. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need.

The bedrooms

With 3 bedrooms, Casa Liliana sleeps 6 guests. All bedrooms are air-conditioned, so your comfort is guaranteed. The first bedroom is on the ground floor, with a double bed. This bedroom is by the shared bathroom, with a shower. The remaining bedrooms are on the first floor. There is a twin bedroom (beds joined together) that has an en-suite with a shower. The final bedroom has a king bed and an en-suite with a shower and bath. These bedrooms also have access to the terrace area.

About the area

Lakeside Village in Quinta do Lago is known for being lively and luxurious, with plenty to do in the surrounding areas. Bars, shops and restaurants (Casa do Lago, Os Arcos, The Shack Bar and others) are close by and so is Quinta do Lago beach! There is a communal pool and tennis courts within the resort.

PLEASE NOTE

Due to building works near Casa Liliana, some disturbance/noise is to be expected. The current project is due to complete before the end of May, 2024 with works typically taking place between 9:00 am and 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday (noisy works can only start at 10 am, all the precautionary measures will be observed to minimize the noise).

Building works in areas controlled by Loulé Council should stop temporarily in July and August. This applies to Vale do Lobo, Quinta do Lago and the immediate surrounding areas.
