The exterior
Villa Lyra has gorgeous outdoor space. Outside, you will find a sun terrace with pool, loungers, a BBQ area (charcoal and gas), covered al-fresco dining area, and a shower. The private pool can be heated at an extra cost. The patio is fenced and surrounded by greenery to ensure privacy. There are also terraces to enjoy the sunset, accessible through the bedrooms.
The living areas
Villa Lyra features superior finishings such as pure white marble floors and unique marble tiling on the wall. The property is equipped with WI-FI, underfloor heating, air-conditioning in every single room, alarm system, sound system, Lazer Cable TV.
The large kitchen is fully equipped with an American-style fridge, toaster, oven, microwave and more. The bright and tastefully decorated living room and dining room have direct access to the outdoor patio though French doors.
The basement has a large garage which also accommodates a games room with pool, foosball and table tennis. It's the perfect area for chilling out or getting competitive!

The first floor accommodates 2 fabulous master suites with large private terraces, both of them with en-suite bathrooms. A third twin bedroom with adjacent bathroom is located on the ground floor. The remaining two bedrooms, one double and one twin, are at the basement level and share a bathroom.
