Villa Luna is a superb 4-bedroom villa in Dunas Douradas, with fabulous décor, comfort and sea views. With a large, sunny poolside terrace, entertainment room and games room, there is plenty to do. The exterior

Villa Luna has fantastic outdoor space, allowing you to make the most of all the sunshine the Algarve has to offer.

Set on a large plot in Dunas Douradas, the fully fenced villa is surrounded by landscaped gardens and has a sunny pool and terrace area. The large pool (12 x 5m, maximum depth 2.2m) can be heated (charges apply) and there is ample room on the sun terrace for comfy sun loungers and lazy days spent on the bean bags.

You can take a break from the sun on the shaded terrace that also overlooks the pool, enjoying some relaxation with a good book or a cool drink. There is an alfresco dining area with gas BBQ – perfect for those mellow summer meals, sharing food and conversation as the kids play in the pool.

The living areas

The interior of Villa Luna is as impressive as the outside. Built over two levels, the décor is stunning, simultaneously welcoming and beautiful, with rich colours and fabulous attention to detail to ensure your stay is comfortable. On the ground floor, the main entrance hall leads through double doors to the living room, with plush sofas and sliding glass doors that lead to the sun and shaded terraces and pool. There is a wide screen TV with a choice of international and UK channels (Lazer TV system). There is air conditioning here and throughout the villa, as well as Wi-Fi.

The large open plan kitchen and dining room is adjacent to the living room. The kitchen is equipped with everything you could possibly need should you feel the urge to whip up something delicious, including induction hob, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, wine cooler, a large fridge freezer and a separate laundry room. There is a breakfast bar with high stools at the central island and a large round dining table. You can also access the terrace and pool area, so getting around is easy!

There is an entertainment room on the basement level of Villa Luna with sofa bed (suitable for one adults or two small children, linen charges apply) and two wide screen TV and games consoles - a Wii and Xbox 360. There is darts and table tennis which can be used outside in the summer.

The bedrooms

There are two bedrooms on the ground floor at Villa Luna. Both are en-suite and both can be used as double or twin rooms. Both bedrooms also have sliding glass doors that lead to the terrace and pool area.

There are two more large bedrooms on the upper floor. Both are double rooms with spacious ensuite bathrooms with natural light. All the bedrooms have air conditioning, TVs and gorgeous décor. There is a large sun terrace on this level with views of the ocean.

Dunas Douradas is a great location for any golfer, as several of the Algarve's famous golf courses are to be found within a few kilometres. Other sports and activities are on offer nearby. Also close to the beaches of Praia do Ancão and Praia do Garrão. There are plenty of restaurants to choose from in the area – Maria’s, Fin’s’, Izzy’s, António Tá Certo.
