Villa Lirio is set in a peaceful location which is just a 10-minute walk to the beautiful beach through the nature reserve. This villa is perfect for a great family holiday.

The exterior

A big stand out is the incredible roof terrace, with its sea views and enough sunloungers for the whole family to soak up the sun.

Fancy a dip in the pool? Make your way to the back of the villa where you can find a generously sized pool surrounded by a stunning lawn where your children can play whilst you sunbathe or take a swim in the sparkly clear waters. The pool can be heated at an extra cost.

There is a large covered terrace with a dining table and sitting area. There is also a built-in BBQ.

The living areas

Walking through the front door, you will arrive into an amazing array of design with beautiful furnishings and unique works of art. Lirio is definitely dressed to impress!

As you step into the large open plan living area, you will notice the 2 sofas symmetrical to one another with art work on both sides, creating a mini lounge area.

The living room is a generously sized room, fully equipped with air conditioning and comfortable furnishings. This is an impressive space designed in grey and blue. Here, you have 2 large sofa areas which can easily seat a large family. One side has a TV, where you can watch all your favourite channels and the other is next to the dining area.

The dining area is also in the open plan living area hidden around a corner. This can seat up to 8 people.

The kitchen area can be accessed through the dining area or near the entrance. Another creative room with its monochrome design and plenty of space, any chef would be proud to cook in this kitchen.

There is also a separate utility room with all the essentials, including a washing machine and ironing board.

The bedrooms

There are 5 double bedrooms all with bathrooms located next to them. On the ground floor there is a double bedroom with a seperate en-suite bathroom, with a newly furnished walk in shower. The second bedroom is also a double with an en-suite bathroom.

As you walk up the stairs you will notice a lounge/office area with a desk and sofas where you can relax. To your left, there is a third bedroom with a walk in wardrobe and en-suite bathroom. Please note: Stair gates cannot be used in this villa.

Take a walk through the upstairs lounge area and arrive at the master bedroom, with a modern design and a walk in wardrobe. Next door, you will notice the extremely spacious main bathroom with a whirlpool, double sink, shower and a fantastic steam room.

The fifth bedroom is also located on the first floor. It is a double room with a large balcony, en-suite bathroom and walk in wardrobe.

Each bedroom has its own unique design, full of character and beautiful pieces.
