Renovated and refurbished to a very high standard, Villa Lavanda is a 3 bedroom villa that can sleep 6, built over two levels, in a super location opposite the famous Vale do Lobo Tennis Centre. Villa Lavanda is close to all the amenities and services of the Vale do Lobo Resort.

The exterior

Villa Lavanda has a lovely pool and terrace area. The pool (heatable for a charge) is split into two sections and made up of a 5m x 3m (approx.) depth 1.20 to 2.3m and a shallow baby pool where toddlers can stand up to play.

There are plenty of sunbeds by the pool for soaking up the glorious sunshine, as well as a lovely outside dining area with gas BBQ. 

You are spoilt for choice with two further sun balconies at Villa Lavanda – one on the first floor, and one on the roof terrace, where you can relax on the sun loungers, enjoy a morning coffee or evening drinks.

The living areas

The entrance of Villa Lavanda, with a lovely sunny patio by the front door looking towards the Tennis Centre, opens with the kitchen to the left hand side and the dining room on the right hand side. The kitchen has been opened up to make more space. It is well equipped with microwave, electric hob, oven, fridge freezer, toaster, espresso coffee machine and dishwasher.

Three steps lead up to the open plan sitting room, with comfy sofas, fireplace and Lazer TV with international and UK channels. There is high speed Wi-Fi and air conditioning here and throughout the villa for your comfort.

The bedrooms

There are 3 bedrooms at Villa Lavanda. All can be used as double rooms (mattress topper is fitted to the twin room). One room is on the ground floor, with air conditioning and with an adjacent bathroom with a bath-tub. There are a further two rooms on the first floor, one of which has an en-suite with a shower and toilet. The family bathroom is also on this floor.

About the area

Villa Lavanda is very close to the two restaurants near the tennis centre, not to mention the fabulous tennis facilities. And of course, at the Vale do Lobo Praca there are numerous restaurants and bars – open all day and late into the evening. There is free live entertainment from May to September. Monty’s Bar and Restaurant is open all year round with evening entertainment. Enjoy watching the sunset over the beach and ocean from Breeze bar or Sandbanks.

The walk to the beach takes about 15 minutes walking along the calçada footpaths through the resort. It is an easy stroll, suitable for all ages and buggies.

It is only a 20 minute walk from the villa to the medical centre and mini market on the entrance roundabout or 15 minute walk to a cash machine, post office, newsagent, bank, hairdresser, spa, cafes etc. in Parque do Golfe. There are many more restaurants and bars located at the Praca which is a 15 minute walk from the villa.

Vale do Lobo is located on the beach area known as ‘Praia Vale do Lobo’, considered to be one of the finest beaches in the Algarve. From Vale do Lobo you can walk in an easterly direction to both "Praia do Ancao" and "Praia do Garrao" through the Parque Natural da Ria Formosa which is a heritage protected area of lagoons and wet areas that support the local wildlife population. If you walk towards the west you pass "Praia do Trafal" and "Praia do Almargem", following onto "Praia Forte Novo" and then on to the Quarteria stretch of beaches.
