The exterior

Villa Gela-Mar boasts a spacious terrace and heatable pool, outdoor dining and gas BBQ. You can also relax surrounded by well tended gardens with mature plants & trees, outdoor tables and chairs, sunloungers and gas BBQ.

The pool is south facing and is 1 metre at the shallow end to 2 metres at the deep end with integrated steps for easy access. A pool fence can be installed here for extra security and pool heating can be arranged - charges apply.

There are two roof terraces at Villa Gela-mar, perfect for sundowners and grabbing those last rays of sunshine at the end of the day on the outdoor sofas. If you look through the palm trees you can even glimpse the ocean too!

A new decking area has also been added for more relaxation space outside!

There is also a calçada driveway with parking for one car.

The living areas

Villa Gela-Mar is spacious and bright, with lovely features throughout the interior. There is a spacious and open plan kitchen and dining area, with steps down to the living room which has access to the pool and terraces. There is also access to the gardens from the kitchen. 

The kitchen is bright and modern, with a butcher's block island and with a stone breakfast bar separating it from the adjacent dining room. The living room, with plenty of natural light streaming through the floor to ceiling windows, has Lazer TV with a range of international and UK channels, and Wi-Fi.

The bedrooms

All on one level, there are 4 bedroom options in Villa Gela-Mar.  There are 3 en-suite bedrooms and 1 extra room that can be a bedroom or a media room. There is a large master bedroom with a super king bed and an ensuite wet room with walk in shower.

Walking down the hallway there is a twin bedroom with an en-suite wet room with walk in shower. The multimedia room has another TV and the sofa can convert to a bed, making this room suitable to sleep 2 children. This room has use of a family bathroom with bath and shower. Off this room is another double bedroom with an en-suite shower room.

Dunas Douradas is a great location for any golfer, as several of the Algarve's famous golf courses are to be found within a few kilometres. Other sports and activities are on offer nearby. Also close to the beaches of Praia do Ancão and Praia do Garrão. There are plenty of restaurants to choose from in the area – Maria’s, Fin’s’, Izzy’s, António Tá Certo.
