Villa Esplendido is a comfortably furnished, 5-bedroom villa with private pool located in Dunas Douradas. It is a very popular area for families who wish to have everything on their doorstep! Enjoy the communal pool, tennis courts and onsite restaurant whenever you choose. All of this is set amongst pine trees and situated directly between Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago. To make it even better, the beach is just a few minutes walk away.

The exterior

From the living room, there are patio doors leading out to the covered terrace with a dining area and enclosed area with BBQ. Outside, the swimming pool, which can be heated at an extra cost, is rectangular with steps leading in and measures approximately 9.5 metres x 5 metres. It is perfectly positioned within the very pleasant and private gardens of the villa for you to cool off under the sun. The elevated gardens of the villa give a sense of privacy around the pool area and terrace area. There is also table tennis to enjoy!

The living areas

Villa Esplendido has an interesting layout, especially appealing for two groups who need the extra space or larger families who want to holiday together but still have privacy and space to themselves.

There is a large, light-filled open plan living room, a dining area that can seat 10 people and an adjacent kitchen and utility area. The living room leads to a terrace, BBQ area and pool, in the main villa.

The second level of the villa is accessed from a covered terrace off the living room of the main villa, with its own entrance up a staircase to the second floor. This second part of the villa comprises of a large open plan living room & dining area and kitchen.

Villa Esplendido is especially suitable for two families coming on holiday together, as each family can have their own kitchen and living area. So, you can be as close as you want to be or have some space too. The separate accommodation upstairs is also very suitable for young adults/ teenagers who want to keep some distance from Mum and Dad!

Villa Esplendido has undergone renovations in the kitchen area. There is a fully equipped, modern and sleek kitchen area which will be perfect for cooking tasty meals!

The bedrooms

The main villa comprises of 3 bedrooms all with king size beds and en-suite bathrooms - there is also a separate WC.

Some stairs above this area are two bedrooms and a bathroom. To access the bathroom, you go through the twin bedroom and the double bedroom to the bathroom.

Dunas Douradas is a great location for any golfer, as several of the Algarve's famous golf courses are to be found within a few kilometres. Other sports and activities are on offer nearby. Also close to the beaches of Praia do Ancão and Praia do Garrão. There are plenty of restaurants to choose from in the area – Maria’s, Fin’s’, Izzy’s, António Tá Certo.
