PLEASE NOTE

Please note that Villa Aurora is located near ongoing building works, so some noise or disturbance may occur. Work is generally carried out Monday to Friday, from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm. Certain projects may extend beyond these hours — including weekends — if authorised by the relevant authorities.

In certain areas, including Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago, building works may not be allowed during July and August, subject to a special restriction issued by the local authorities.

Our second stay!

This was our second stay at Villa Aurora so we were very familiar with the villa. We book it for the location, the room layout and size of rooms, and the outside pool table (which we find to be a very social hub for the males in our party). The villa had a re-jig in the kitchen area from 2022 to 2023, and we think that was a big improvement. The SandyBlue service both before and during our stay was excellent, as it was in 2022. Zero complaints. Thank you. The villa was pristine when we arrived. The cleaners were lovely on the two visits they made whilst we were at the villa. We would definitely book again

A lovely villa!

The check in process was excellent. When we turned up at your offices, Suzi was lovely. A great welcome. We had asked for an early check in to the villa and when we arrived at your office at 12.30pm the villa was ready, a big bonus. The villa was pristine when we arrived. The welcome pack was excellent and much appreciated. Everything was exactly as described, with no exaggeration in your details. Villa Aurora is lovely. In the 2 weeks we were there, we had three or four things that we asked for assistance with. Every time we received a prompt and efficient service. We even mentioned the lack of billiard chalk for the pool table, and within 12 hours your rep turned up with some. Can’t be easy to source in the Algarve…. Makes a big difference for 4 serious Pool players! We will book again in 2023 with you.

An absolute delight!

Our recent stay at Villa Aurora was an absolute delight. The villa was spotless, beautifully prepared and very spacious. We travelled as a group of 5 adults and one infant. There were 2 good sized double bedrooms , both with bathrooms, downstairs and a large master suite with a lounge area and lovely terrace upstairs. We used this terrace every morning as a family group. There was another large twin bedroom and family bathroom upstairs. The kitchen was well stocked and there was also a large gas BBQ which we used several times. We had a great time using the pool table and the outside area was well furnished with 2 sunshades. SandyBlue were efficient and prompt to respond to all my enquiries prior to our stay. We also used the taxi service advertised on the website who were equally efficient. I used the supermarket delivery service on our arrival which was great . There is also a well stocked supermarket 5 mins from the villa. Overall a lovely villa and we would definitely look to return!

A family holiday that will live long in the memory!

We all had a great time at Villa Aurora. We always knew the location was perfect for us, having stayed in Vale do Lobo and this villa did not disappoint. The villa was spacious, clean and very private. It had everything we needed (and more) and we would not hesitate to come back. The service we received from Sandy Blue was, as we expected, of a very high standard and we were particularly impressed with the service provided by Miguel on the couple of occasions his assistance was needed. This was the first family holiday abroad we have had in over 2 years and it will live long in the memory.

A delightful stay

We were delighted with the property, Villa Aurora , and the service we received from SandyBlue. The arrangements re entry to the property were very straightforward , and because we arrived late in the evening , the welcome pack was much appreciated. The cleaning service was very good and on the occasions when we had to contact the SandyBlue office the office staff were both helpful and friendly.
