Beautifully renovated and refurbished in 2018, Villa Amara is set in a very tranquil location -  just a 10-minute stroll to the fabulous Vale do Lobo beach along an easy walking path. Sleeping up to 6 guests, it's a perfect place for a sunny getaway!

The exterior

Villa Amara has a charming outdoor space, which has been renovated, for you and your travel companions to soak up the sun. The pool (heatable for a cost) is south-east facing and has sun beds to chill all day. There is also a  BBQ area dining table and chairs for al fresco dining.

The first floor also has a large, sunny terrace where you can read a book and chill out.

The living areas

Upon entering the villa, the entrance hall leads through to the very large open plan dining/ living room which has modern contemporary décor. There is Wi-Fi and Lazer TV showing international and UK channels. Air conditioning throughout the villa.

Adjacent to the living room is the kitchen which is well equipped (dishwasher, hob, oven, micro-wave, fridge freezer, etc) with everything you could need during your holiday. There is a separate outdoor area off the kitchen for drying off your beach towels.

The bedrooms

There are 3 bedrooms, two of which have en-suite bathrooms. There is a double bedroom on the ground floor, air conditioned with built-in wardrobes and an en-suite shower room. This bedroom has access to the terrace where the pool is located. Bedroom 2, also on the ground floor, is a twin with an adjacent shower room.

Upstairs there is a very large master bedroom with en-suite shower room.

The Resort boasts superb golf courses and health and beauty facilities at the Royal Spa.

General amenities include mini market, spa, shops, cafes, bars, restaurants, cash machines, bank, car hire, golf courses, tennis courts, nightly entertainment.

The lovely and popular Vale do Lobo & Garrão beaches are close by, and some of the best beach restaurants around such as Julia’s and Izzy's. 

And of course, at the Vale do Lobo Praça there are numerous restaurants and bars – open all day and late into the evening. There is free live entertainment from May to September. Monty’s Bar and Restaurant is open all year round with evening entertainment. Enjoy watching the sunset over the beach and ocean from Sandbanks.

PLEASE NOTE

Due to building works near Villa Amara, some disturbance/noise is to be expected. The current project is due to complete before the start of August, 2024 with works typically taking place between 9:00 am and 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday (noisy works can only start at 10 am, all the precautionary measures will be observed to minimize the noise).

Building works in areas controlled by Loulé Council should stop temporarily in July and August. This applies to Vale do Lobo, Quinta do Lago and the immediate surrounding areas.
