Introducing Villa Alba, a 5-bedroom villa that is perfect for your Algarve family getaway! The outdoor space offers sunshine in abundance, with a pool, kids pool and a gas BBQ. Inside, you will feel right at home, with comfortable furnishings and a fun games room for all to enjoy. Shall we take a quick tour?
Villa Alba is on a fenced plot, so your privacy is assured! Pull up a sun lounger and relax by the pool, which can be heated for an extra cost. There is also a pool for the little ones to have fun and a teqball table. For alfresco meals, the fabulous gas BBQ and dining area will not disappoint. There is a covered terrace for shade and a coffee set.
Villa Alba is full of charm, with a feeling of comfort as soon as you step inside. The open-plan living room and dining areas are full of natural light, with doors leading to the outdoor areas. There is a large sofa with a TV, while the dining room comfortably seats ten people. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking up a storm, so you can expect to eat well during your stay.
The fun doesn't stop there. In the basement area, there is a second TV room with sofas. If you're looking for some family competition, the games room features a ping pong table and a football table. Finally, there is a laundry room with a washing machine and tumble dryer for your convenience.
With five bedrooms, Villa Alba sleeps ten guests. You will always feel well rested, thanks to fully air-conditioned bedrooms that all have an en-suite bathroom. There is an additional WC with a bath too. The first bedroom is on the main floor with an en-suite shower. In the basement area are two more rooms with en-suite showers.
The final two bedrooms are on the first floor. The main bedroom has a TV, en-suite shower and a walk-in closet. The final bedroom also has an en-suite with bath. Both of these rooms have access to the first floor terrace.
All bedrooms are able to be made as twin beds or as king beds, with the exception of the master.

Fonte Algarve is very close to the facilities of Almancil. Within easy reach of the famous golf courses of Quinta do Lago and Vale do Lobo and close to miles and miles of golden beaches. A 5-minute drive you can enjoy a fabulous meal at the following restaurants: Don Giovanni, Parilla Natural and Temperus.

Changeover days vary from property to property. Please email us for more information. It is necessary to vacate the property by 10am on the last day. Access to the property is after 4pm on day of arrival.

The quoted weekly rates includes maid service with a mid-week towel change. Stays of 14 nights or more include a mid-stay linen change. The rental includes preparation of the villa also cleaning on departure and air conditioning. All bed linen and towels are provided.
SandyBlue can provide many extras on request (charges apply) such as in villa catering, car hire and airport transfers etc. Please ask for more details.
Individual hire: Foldaway bed with linen and towels €125, baby travel cot (as provided by the manufacturer) & provision of foam mattress, linen and towels €90, high chair €30. Extra Maid service on request - €60 per 2 hour booking (this consists of either 1 maid for 2 hours or 2 maids for 1 hour).

For all rentals, a securing deposit must be paid at the time of booking. This is 25% of the total booking value. All such deposits are non-refundable. The final balance is to be paid 12 weeks before arrival.
Accidental Damage Cover (ADC, Non-Refundable)
Villa Alba is covered for accidental damage by a non-refundable charge of €70 per week, which will be added to your confirmation invoice. This covers you for accidental damage to the property during your occupation up to the value of €200 per incident. This expressly excludes damage caused through negligence and / or vandalism.
If there has been any accidental damage to the property that exceeds the value of €200, you will be notified by email within 10 days of your leaving date and we will discount the amount above €200 from your refundable security deposit. However, if SandyBlue believes that this damage was caused by negligence and/or vandalism, ADC will not apply and the full cost of any repairs or replacements will be deducted from the refundable security deposit.
In the event of any damage, we ask that you notify us immediately regardless of value.
This does not cover lost house keys which will be immediately charged if lost.
Security Deposit (Refundable)
In addition to the ‘Accidental Damage Cover’, Villa Alba is also subject to a refundable ‘Security Deposit’. This is a fixed amount of €2,000 and is payable at least 4 weeks prior to arrival date.
Any damage caused to the property must be reported immediately and any damage cost will be deducted from your security deposit. Your ‘Accidental Damage Cover’ will cover the first €200 of any single incident.
Following your departure, the Property Management Team will inspect the property and you will be informed within 10 days of any issues identified. If no issues are detected, your security deposit will be returned in full within 14 days.
Properties managed by SandyBlue have full access to our property management and housekeeping services. We undertake routine inspections regularly, ensuring the property is ready to welcome new guests.
