Please note that Apartment Lily is located near ongoing building works, so some noise or disturbance may occur. Work is generally carried out Monday to Friday, from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm. Certain projects may extend beyond these hours — including weekends — if authorised by the relevant authorities.

In certain areas, including Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago, building works may not be allowed during July and August, subject to a special restriction issued by the local authorities.
