SandyBlue is the leading ‘villa rental’ specialist in the Algarve focusing on luxury properties in the Golden Triangle. Exciting and eye catching content has always been at the forefront of our success and we are now expanding our team to continue to attract new guests to the Algarve.
We are excited to be searching for a ‘Portfolio Content Manager’ to work alongside the marketing and sales team, ensuring all property related content is coordinated efficiently. With exciting plans for 2022, this role will play a pivotal part in making our villa portfolio really stand out from the crowd.
The Role
As Portfolio Content Manager, your focus will be to coordinate all content for our property listings across the website. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams, helping them maximise their ability to attract new guests and secure bookings.
The core aspects of your new role are:
- Produce exceptional creative copy, highlighting the property and its key selling points
- Ensure all property photography is eye catching and represents the property in the best way
- Coordinate photoshoots so that pictures are taken at the best time of day, highlight key features and shows lifestyle shots from the surrounding area if possible
- Ensure all listings are updated as soon as any changes or developments happen – refurbishments, new additions etc. to keep guests updated
- Liaise with marketing and sales teams, so new property launches are fully coordinated and ready to go once the listing in on the website
- Work with marketing to ensure brand tone of voice is consistent across all channels
- Suggest improvements for property listing layout and implement accordingly
About you
You enjoy a challenge, are a creative thinker and are keen to develop your skills and be part of a fast growing business.
You will do well if you have:
- Proven copywriting skills – experience in copywriting for a product or service is desirable
- A great eye for detail when it comes to proof reading and imagery
- Excellent motivation to always provide solutions at the highest level possible
- A team player who can liaise across departments to ensure property launches go smoothly and on time
- A “can do” attitude and not afraid to make suggestions for improvements
- Fluent in Portuguese and English with highly effective oral and written communication skills
- Capable of prioritising, multi-tasking, and handling high work volume effectively
