The role

Contribute to the development of strategies across different business areas;
Lead finance and accounting strategy;
Manage finance team;
Responsible for cash management, capital requirements, debt, taxation, disposals and acquisitions;
Responsible for the financial reports;
Budget, forecast, reforecast, P&L;
Supervise recruitment and selection;
Performance management

About you

Degree in finance, accounting or similar. MBA would be appreciated;
Experience in similar roles;
Strong financial knowledge and analytical skills;
Excellent leadership and people management skills;
Demonstrated ability to drive financial strategy, provide strategic insights and make data-driven recommendations;
Experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis;
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels;
Fluency in English;
Agility and adaptability in a fast-paced business environment;
High level of integrity, ethics and professionalism.
