Villa Summer Dream is exactly what it says it is – a summer dream come true! A beautiful 3-bedroom townhouse that sleeps six, with a shared pool by the sun terrace and the Quinta do Lago lake on your doorstep. With beautiful décor and a super roof top terrace, this is a fabulous home from home for groups of friends and family.

The exterior

Built over two levels, plus the roof top terrace, Villa Summer Dream offers a very welcoming ambience and great comfort in a superb location. Set right next to Quinta do Lago lake, the views are quite simply gorgeous, at any time of day. From your perch at the bar table on the roof terrace you can see right across the resort and lake – making this the perfect place for sun downers and evening drinks. There is a comfortable sofa and sunshade here too, so it’s a good spot for an early morning cup of tea too.

The sun terrace at Villa Summer Dream is a super area with outside dining, gas BBQ, sofas and sun loungers. The terrace overlooks the pool and gardens, meaning that the adults can enjoy a leisurely BBQ while the children are enjoying the pool. Shared among the 7 properties that enjoy this fabulous location, the pool is accessible only by residents, from their properties. The pool (14 x 7m, 3m maximum depth) is surrounded by lovely lawned gardens and tall palm trees and even has views of the lake. 

The living areas

Inside at Villa Summer Dream, you have a comfortable townhouse with modern features. The open plan living room and modern kitchen are on the ground floor. There is a large plasma TV with Lazer TV with international channels, and panoramic glass doors leading to the terrace and pool, with lovely views of the lake. The kitchen has a breakfast bar, high stools and is well equipped with electric hob, oven, microwave, fridge freezer, wine cooler, kettle, dishwasher. There is a separate utility room with a washing machine on the roof terrace.

The bedrooms

Villa Summer Dream has three bedrooms, sleeping 6 guests. There is one twin bedroom on the ground floor, with wardrobe, separate bed side tables and mirrors. This room also uses the adjacent family shower room. There are two double rooms on the first floor, with king size beds. Both of these rooms are en-suite and air conditioned. The master suite has a sunny terrace overlooking the pool, gardens and lake, as well as TV and bathroom with walk in shower. The second double room, also with TV, has an en-suite bathroom with bath.

 Lakeside Village in Quinta do Lago is known for being lively and luxurious, with plenty to do in the surrounding areas. Bars, shops and restaurants (Casa do Lago, Os Arcos, The Shack Bar and others) are close by and so is Quinta do Lago beach! There is a communal pool and tennis courts within the resort.

PLEASE NOTE

Due to building works near Villa Summer Dream, some disturbance/noise is to be expected. The current project is due to complete before the end of May, 2024 with works typically taking place between 9:00 am and 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday (noisy works can only start at 10 am, all the precautionary measures will be observed to minimize the noise).

Building works in areas controlled by Loulé Council should stop temporarily in July and August. This applies to Vale do Lobo, Quinta do Lago and the immediate surrounding areas.
