The exterior

Villa Sandy Cove has a sensational outdoor area. The perfectly kept garden area is great for the kids to have a run around, and the swimming pool overlooks the idyllic golf course. The salt-chlorinated pool can be heated at an extra cost. There is a large BBQ area with a shaded seating area, which is great for enjoying a nice meal with your family or friends. You can also enjoy a game of table tennis outside, so there's always something to do!

The living areas

The entrance of Villa Sandy Cove leads you into a beautiful round hallway facing the open plan living area. The living room is located in front of you, with a TV where you can watch all of your favourite programmes. You can also just sit and relax, enjoying the beautiful views of the golf course and pool area. The design is very simplistic with features that make the room stand out. The room also has patio doors that lead out to the pool area.

There is a newly refurbished kitchen and dining area with a white, black and grey contemporary feel. It is equipped with all the appliances you will need such as a coffee maker, fridge freezer, cooker, toaster and much more. A utility room is located in the room next to the kitchen, which includes a washing machine, tumble dryer and sink area.

The bedrooms

There are 4 double bedrooms (some of which can be changed to twin beds), all with air conditioning and 4 bathrooms situated next to each room. There is also a WC on the ground floor.

On the ground floor there are 2 double bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms with walk in showers and a double sink area. The first bedroom has a pretty white, grey and nude design. The second bedroom has more of a grey design with bits of nude and floral to add to the character of the room.

Upstairs you will find the other 2 double bedrooms. They have access to the balcony where you can look over the pool and green lawns, or just sit and read a book! These rooms also have their own bathrooms that include a bath, a separate walk in shower and double sink area. Both bedrooms are of a similar design with a blue and grey colour scheme.

PLEASE NOTE

Due to building works near Villa Sandy Cove, some disturbance/noise is to be expected. The current project is due to complete before the end of June, 2024 with works typically taking place between 9:00 am and 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday (noisy works can only start at 10 am, all the precautionary measures will be observed to minimize the noise).

Building works in areas controlled by Loulé Council should stop temporarily in July and August. This applies to Vale do Lobo, Quinta do Lago and the immediate surrounding areas.
