Villa Rosa is suitable for up to 6 adults and 2 children. This beautiful and charming 3+1 bedroom is located in the very popular area of Varandas do Lago. Built over 2 floors, this townhouse has on offer a private pool, charcoal BBQ and great roof terrace - sun trap!
The exterior
Outside you have a long north facing pool with a well looked after lawn. Sofa seating and a table is also outside. Round the side, you have the charcoal BBQ along side the outdoor dining area with a parasol. Sunloungers also available in the garden.
You also have access on the first floor to a lovely terrace with a table and chairs for 2 which over looks the pool, garden area at the back of the property.
The living areas
Villa Rosa has lovely living areas for you to enjoy! The kitchen comes equipped with all the essentials to whip up a great meal for you and your family. Equipped with oven, hob, kettle, manual juicer, Dolce Gusto and Nespresso coffee machines, microwave, washing machine and much more. The kitchen exits out to the outside dining area which is along side a charcoal BBQ.
At the end of the welcoming entrance hall, you will walk straight into the bright open plan living and dining room. With spashes of colour, this room is a complete with two comfy twin sofas, A/C, 55 inch TV equipped with Lazer and Wi-Fi which will certainly be a place where the family can come together after a great day out!
The bedrooms
On entering the villa, you have the first twin bedroom on your right hand side (can be made into a double). This is a bright and airy room which comes equipped with a stand up fan. Opposite the twin bedroom, you have the one and only downstairs bathroom. This room has a spacious stand up shower, toilet and basin.
The master bedroom, is neatly decorated with white and blues. This room has large wardrobe space and an en-suite with bath and hand held shower. The second upstairs bedroom is the final twin room which comes with a stand up fan. All bedrooms have air conditioning.
Also on this floor you have a small room with a sofa that over looks the back of the villa and takes you up to the roof terrace. This room can be used as a small second living room or as a 4th bedroom that can sleep 1 adult or 2 children on the sofa bed. This room also has a stair case down to the pool area.

From Varandas do Lago, within a 5-minute drive you can enjoy a fabulous meal at the following restaurants – Alambique, Bamboo. Also very close to the beaches of Praia do Ancão and Praia do Garrão and the restaurants - Julia’s, Izzy’s, António Tá Certo, Fins, 2 Passos, The Bold Octopus.
There are famous golf courses a short distance away, in the nearby Quinta do Lago and Vale do Lobo resorts.
