Villa Macaco is a stunning 5-bedroom villa with an entertainment room, private and secure pool area, with an al fresco dining and lounge area. Located in a great location, it will make the perfect villa for creating memories in the Algarve!

The exterior

The terrace is covered by an electric awning, with an outdoor kitchen and BBQ perfect for delicious meals in the sun. The pool is 9m x 5m in length, 1m deep at the shallow end and 2m deep at the deep end. Pool heating is available at an extra charge. There are plenty of sun loungers and seating areas for everyone to enjoy. 

The living areas

There is an entrance hall which leads through to a spacious and fully fitted kitchen, which has an oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, granite style worktop and is open plan with the dining room.

The dining room has ample space to seat 8 people and leads into the living room, which has patio doors leading out onto the tiled terrace.

The refurbished basement includes an entertainment room with a large TV, lounge and bar area and pool table.

There is also a utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer located in the basement.

The bedrooms

On the ground floor there is a king bedroom (can be split into twins) with built-in wardrobes. It has an en-suite bathroom with shower, bidet and WC. Next door is another double bedroom, with built-in wardrobes and en-suite bathroom with shower, WC and basin.

There is a marbled effect staircase leading up to the first floor, which has a balcony overlooking the entrance hall. Along the balcony is a king bedroom (which can be made into a twin) with built-in wardrobes and an en-suite bathroom with shower, bidet, basin and WC.

The master bedroom is also on this floor. It has a dressing table mirror with built-in wardrobes either side, a TV and an en-suite bathroom. Both the bedrooms on this floor have private terraces overlooking the pool. 

The 5th bedroom is located in the newly refurbished basement area along with its own en-suite.
