Villa Katya is a gorgeous 5 bedroom villa with all the makings to for a fantastic holiday. Located in Encosta do Lago, this villa is perfect for those who want to be within walking distance of all the five star facilities that Encosta do Lago and Quinta do Lago has to offer. With everything you will need, we're excited to show you around!
The exterior
In the garden area of Villa Katya, you have a large swimming pool (heating available at a charge) that is surrounded with a well-kept lawn area. This villa also has a gas BBQ just by the outdoor seating area, which is nicely shaded under a pergola. At the poolside you have 8, super comfortable sun loungers where you will spend many hours relaxing.
The living areas
Villa Katya boasts a spacious living room with neutral decoration that instantly makes you relax. The living room has a TV which comes equipped with Lazer TV, so you can get all the UK channels.
There is Wi-Fi and Air-con throughout the property. Also on the ground floor is a kitchen, which is equipped with everything you need including an island in the centre of the kitchen. Just off the kitchen is the dining room, which seats 10. All rooms have high ceilings with gorgeous mood lighting.
The bedrooms
Villa Katya sleeps up to 10 guests. On the ground floor, you will find three of the bedrooms. Bedroom 1 is a large room which has a double bed and plenty of storage. This room opens right out onto the poolside area. Bedroom 2 is spacious room which contains twin beds that can be made up as double. This room also has plenty of wardrobe space. Bedroom 3 on the ground floor is a twin bedroom.
On the first floor you will find the remaining two bedrooms. Bedroom 4 is once again a double bedroom with a terrace area that overlooks the garden and pool area. Bedroom 5 is twin bedroom that can be made up as a double.
All bedrooms have their own en-suite and there is also a guest bathroom.
About the area
While in Encosta do Lago, you are walking distance to the lake where you can enjoy water-sports, the beach, and also the new Quinta do Lago Sports Centre with its world-class facilities.
