The exterior

The outdoor areas of Villa Fin are like a private paradise. As you enter the small front gate, you will find a parking area for a car and steps either side that lead to the beautiful garden area. Surrounded by olive trees, the splashes of green really give it a tropical feel.

At the rear of the property, you will find the pool area. The pool (heating available at an extra cost) is a great size for a big group and will surely help you cool off on those hot Algarve days. There is a small lawn area, where you will find comfortable and cushioned sun loungers. There's a second lounge area with sofas, right next to the BBQ and Bar area. Here, you can prepare tasty meals, cooling drinks and enjoy outdoor dining at the outdoor table. The large patio doors will take you straight into the lounge and kitchen area of the villa, so getting around is easy.

Finally, there are terraces that can be accessed from almost every bedroom, including a first floor terrace that overlooks the beautiful Lakeside Village. There is also access to two communal pools and the tennis courts in the Lakeside Village resort!

The living areas

As Villa Fin has been renovated, the interior space is contemporary, luxurious and bright. It's also spacious, which allows the light to pour into the villa. The living area has a large sofa, facing the TV with Lazer. The kitchen is also in this open plan space and continues the modern furnishing theme throughout the villa. It is equipped with everything you need including a fridge, freezer, dishwashers, two built-in ovens, a juicer, a Nespresso coffee machine, an electric hob and a hot water tap. We're sure you will cook up a storm here during your stay.

The dining area is also on this floor. With huge doors opening out into the pool area, you will never be too far away from the pool. Upstairs, there is a second living room with a comfortable sofa and access to a small terrace.

The bedrooms

With four bedrooms, Villa Fin can sleep up to eight people. The first three bedrooms are on the main floor, each with an en-suite bathroom. The three bedrooms on this floor all have king size beds. On the first floor is the master suite, with a super king size bed and a full bathroom. There is also access to another small terrace. The four en-suite bathrooms are all equipped with the best facilities, so you'll be able to freshen up before a night out or wind down in the evening. Near the living room is a fifth bathroom with a toilet.

Lakeside Village in Quinta do Lago is known for being lively and luxurious, with plenty to do in the surrounding areas. Bars, shops and restaurants (Casa do Lago, Os Arcos, The Shack Bar and others) are close by and so is Quinta do Lago beach!

There is a communal pool and tennis courts within the resort.

NOTE: Building works in Lakeside are not permitted during Easter, July, August and Christmas.

PLEASE NOTE

Due to building works near Villa Fin, some disturbance/noise is to be expected. The current project is due to complete before the end of December, 2024 with works typically taking place between 9:00 am and 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday (noisy works can only start at 10 am, all the precautionary measures will be observed to minimize the noise).

Building works in areas controlled by Loulé Council should stop temporarily in July and August. This applies to Vale do Lobo, Quinta do Lago and the immediate surrounding areas.
