The exterior

We really could admire the views surrounding Villa Andida all day! The landscaped garden is set over two levels, giving a real natural feel with the colours of the grass, trees and flowers. You can admire the garden from the nearby pool, which overlooks the beautiful views. There is an expansive pool terrace, with a gas BBQ. It doesn’t stop there... there is also a covered terrace with dining table and a roof terrace where you can really enjoy the surrounding hillside views.

On the lower side of the garden, there is a putting green for those avid golfers to practice.

The outside area has been refurbished - complete retilling of pool and terrace, pool heating, extension of terrace with an added glass balustrade and an outside terrace kitchen.

The living areas

The interior of Villa Andida has been refurbished and is spacious, with natural light pouring in to give a bright and welcoming environment. There is an open plan living and dining room, with comfortable sofas and a TV. With large windows and a patio door looking out to the pool area, it’s a great place to unwind if you need a break from the sun. For the evenings, there is a wood burning fireplace for cosy family nights.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook up a storm, and is a generous size if there’s more than one chef in the family! Like the living room, it features large patio doors leading out to the pool and outdoor dining area. So, you won’t have far to go if you need to top up your cooling poolside beverage!

The bedrooms

With four bedrooms, Villa Andida sleeps up to 8 guests. The bedrooms are all en-suite, though there is also a guest W/C in the villa. There are two double bedrooms, that are both bright and roomy, with patio doors leading straight outside to the pool area. The main double bedroom is located upstairs, with patio doors leading out to the rooftop terrace. 
The remaining bedroom has twin beds, also with patio doors for easy access to the outdoor areas. The bathrooms are clean and bright, with plenty of space.

 Short drive to the beach and golf courses. There are plenty of restaurants in the area – Pure, Thai Bistro, Koko Lane and more. Quinta Shopping is only 2 minutes away.

PLEASE NOTE

Due to building works near Villa Andida , some disturbance/noise is to be expected. The current project is due to complete before the end of April, 2024 with works typically taking place between 9:00 am and 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday (noisy works can only start at 10 am, all the precautionary measures will be observed to minimize the noise).

Building works in areas controlled by Loulé Council should stop temporarily in July and August. This applies to Vale do Lobo, Quinta do Lago and the immediate surrounding areas.
