The exterior

Casa Minta is great for those looking to soak up the sun in style. You will enter the property into a beautiful garden, which exudes peace and tranquillity. There is also a rooftop terrace with sea views and sun loungers so you can really make the most of the weather. The front of the house has an amazing long patio for evening dinners and lounging around reading. There is a communal pool nearby.

The living areas

Casa Minta has an open-plan lounge, kitchen and dining. The finishes are high quality, with great taste. The living room has comfortable sofas, a large screen Lazer TV and great decor. You will find a dining table here when it's time to enjoy some delicious food.

Speaking of delicious food, the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. You will have a fridge & freezer, dishwasher, toaster, oven, kettle, electric hob, extractor, microwave, and a Pingo Doce coffee machine. There is also a cupboard to store an iron and ironing board.

In a spare room at the back of the property, there is a washing/dryer machine.
