Introducing Casa Joia, a 5-bedroom villa based in the deluxe Quinta do Lago. Located near some of the best restaurants and close to the beach, this will be a fabulous place to call home during your stay in the Algarve. The exterior
Casa Joia is set upon an acre of superb, landscaped gardens. Relaxation is guaranteed! There are two terraced areas adjacent to the villa, both with excellent views over the gardens and pool.
Steps lead down to the pool area, where we are sure plenty of time will be spent lazing in the sun. The pool is a good size and can be heated at an extra cost. There is also a shower and WC, so you don't have far to go if you need to freshen up.
You will also find a shaded dining and BBQ area. The double barbecue is enclosed and there is a small kitchen area with fridge, dishwasher and sink. So, preparing outdoor meals will be a breeze!
The living areas
Inside, Casa Joia is spread over two levels. You will fall in love with the traditional charm of this villa, with bright interiors and comfortable furniture. The living room has a fireplace nook and doors to outside dining terrace. There is also a TV in this area. There is a dining room for the family to enjoy meals together.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals at the villa. You will find a breakfast area, oven, hob, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, NutriBullet blender, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. Finally, there is a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer.
The bedrooms
With 5 bedrooms, Casa Joia sleeps 10 guests. You can expect comfort and peace when it is time to wind down for the day. The bedrooms can be found on the main floor and the first floor.
