Introducing step 1...be proactive! We took so many steps to help people’s voices be heard throughout the pandemic. Not just our own, but our many owner partners, our guests and fellow businesses here in the Algarve.
Step number 2 is dynamic marketing. In this instalment, we discuss how we adapted to ever changing developments through powerful messaging and marketing!
The next step in our series is cohesive teamwork. When lockdown came into effect, remote working became the norm. We did not want this to make the team feel separated. Instead, we used it as an opportunity to invest in our core team and improve the synergy and communication across the different teams even more.
Throughout the global pandemic, there were so many developments to keep up with. We had to devise different ways for owners and their villas to stand out in a time where travel changed drastically.
We have always understood the importance of being adaptable. We have many systems in place which allow us to always learn how a property can be improved and how guests found their stay.
