We’ll confirm the details and arrange the breakfast with you ahead of your stay.
A smoother start to your holiday
Getting from one place to another should be the easy part, so eligible bookings will also receive a complimentary transfer.
You can choose between an airport transfer or an in-resort transfer, subject to the size of your group, availability and the applicable journey limits.
Whether it means being collected after landing at Faro Airport or having transport arranged for a special lunch, dinner or day out during your stay, our team will help you select the option that works best for your holiday.

Everyone who makes an eligible booking will have the opportunity to enter our boat trip competition.
To take part, simply tell us why you and your group would love to experience an Algarve boat trip. It might be a birthday celebration, a long-awaited family reunion, a first visit to the region or simply the one holiday memory you’ve always wanted to make.
Our judging panel will read every eligible entry and select the answer it considers the most thoughtful, memorable or compelling.
There’s no need to write an essay. We’d simply like to hear the story behind your trip.
How to book
The offer is available on new bookings in an exclusive SandyBlue property. Stays confirmed between 13th and 20th July 2026, for eligible stays taking place during July or August 2026.

Once your booking has been confirmed, we’ll explain how to arrange your breakfast and transfer and how to submit your boat trip competition entry.

Promotional terms and conditions
1. Promoter
This promotion and competition are offered by SandyBlue.
2. Promotional period
The promotion opens at 11:59pm Lisbon time on 13 July 2026 and closes at 11:59pm Lisbon time on 20 July 2026.
3. Eligible bookings
The promotion applies only to new bookings for selected SandyBlue exclusive properties made and confirmed during the promotional period.
To qualify, a booking must:
a. Be for a minimum stay of seven consecutive nights;
b. Check out during July or August 2026;
c. Be for an eligible SandyBlue exclusive property;
d. Be made and confirmed during the promotional period; and
e. Meet all applicable payment and booking requirements communicated by SandyBlue.
A booking is considered confirmed once SandyBlue has received the required booking payment and issued written booking confirmation.
The promotion is subject to availability and may not apply to every property, date, rate, booking channel or length of stay. Eligibility should be confirmed with the SandyBlue team before booking.
The promotion cannot be applied retrospectively to bookings made before 13 July 2026.
The promotion cannot be combined with another discount, incentive, complimentary service, promotional code or offer.
4. Soulfood breakfast delivery
Each eligible booking includes one complimentary ready-to-eat breakfast hamper delivered to the booked property and supplied by Soulfood.
The breakfast is provided as a delivery service and does not include preparation or staffed service at the property.
The breakfast delivery is available to all guests registered on the SandyBlue booking.
The precise contents of the breakfast are not specified and will be subject to Soulfood’s menu, supplier availability and any substitutions considered necessary.
The breakfast delivery may be arranged no sooner than 36 hours after the booking has been confirmed.
All dietary requirements and allergies must be disclosed to SandyBlue at the time of booking. SandyBlue and Soulfood will make reasonable efforts to accommodate disclosed requirements but cannot guarantee an allergen-free preparation or delivery environment.
If Soulfood is unavailable, SandyBlue will arrange a suitable alternative breakfast hamper or delivery.
The breakfast benefit:
a. Has no cash alternative;
b. Cannot be exchanged for another service;
c. Cannot be transferred to another booking, property, stay or guest; and
d. Is subject to supplier availability.
5. Complimentary return airport transfers
Each eligible booking includes complimentary return transfers between Faro Airport and the eligible SandyBlue property named on the booking.
The transfer benefit is available for a maximum of eight registered guests.
Only guests named on the SandyBlue booking are eligible to use the transfer.
Child seats, golf bags and excess luggage are included, provided complete and accurate requirements are given to SandyBlue at the time of booking.
Guests must provide the following information at the time of booking:
a. Flight numbers;
b. Arrival and departure dates and times;
c. Passenger names and numbers;
d. Child-seat requirements;
e. Golf-bag details;
f. Excess or oversized luggage details; and
g. Any other information reasonably required to arrange the transfer.
The transfer provider will track the relevant flight information and make reasonable arrangements where a flight is delayed or cancelled.
No standard late-night or waiting-time supplement will be charged for the included transfer.
The transfer remains subject to supplier availability, vehicle capacity, collection and destination points, operating requirements and any safety restrictions imposed by the transfer provider.
Additional vehicles, passengers or services outside the confirmed transfer arrangement may incur an additional charge.
SandyBlue cannot guarantee the transfer if complete and accurate information is not supplied at the time of booking.
The transfer benefit:
a. Has no cash alternative;
b. Cannot be exchanged for another service;
c. Cannot be transferred to another booking, property, stay or guest; and
d. Is subject to supplier and vehicle availability.
6. Boat trip competition
The lead guest associated with each eligible booking may submit one entry to the boat trip competition.
Only one entry is permitted per eligible booking.
The entrant must be aged 18 or over.
To enter, the lead guest must complete the following sentence:
“The best thing about the Algarve from the water is…”
The answer must be included in the guest’s enquiry and received by SandyBlue no later than 11:59pm Lisbon time on 20 July 2026.
Entries received after the deadline, incomplete entries and entries connected to an ineligible or unconfirmed booking will not be considered.
7. Competition judging
Entries will be judged by the SandyBlue team based on:
a. Originality;
b. Warmth; and
c. Relevance to the competition question.
The competition is judged on the quality of the submitted entry. The winner will not be selected at random.
The winning entry will be selected at SandyBlue’s discretion.
The SandyBlue judging team’s decision is final, and SandyBlue is not required to enter into correspondence concerning the result, judging process or selection of the winning entry.
8. Winner notification
The winner will be contacted by the SandyBlue Guest Services team using the contact details associated with the booking.
The winner must respond within 48 hours of the notification being sent.
If the winner:
a. Does not respond within 48 hours;
b. Is unable to accept the prize;
c. Is found to be ineligible;
d. Has cancelled or changed the qualifying booking; or
e. Otherwise fails to meet these terms,
SandyBlue reserves the right to select another winning entry.
9. Boat trip prize
The prize is one three-hour boat trip operated by Timeless Moments.
The boat trip will:
a. Depart from Vilamoura Marina;
b. Last approximately three hours;
c. Be available for up to 16 registered SandyBlue guests, subject to operator capacity and availability; and
d. Include local tapas, wine, beer and soft drinks on board.
Only guests registered on the winning SandyBlue booking may participate.
Transport to and from Vilamoura Marina is not included.
The boat trip must take place during the dates of the winner’s qualifying SandyBlue stay.
The prize applies only to eligible new bookings checking out during July or August 2026.
The exact date, departure time, vessel, route and onboard arrangements will be confirmed with the winner and are subject to the availability and operational requirements of Timeless Moments.
10. Weather, availability and cancellation of the boat trip
The boat trip is subject to:
a. Operator availability;
b. Passenger capacity;
c. Suitable weather and sea conditions;
d. Operational requirements; and
e. All applicable safety requirements.
Timeless Moments may postpone, amend or cancel the trip where weather, safety, availability or operational conditions make this necessary.
Where possible, SandyBlue will attempt to reschedule the boat trip during the winner’s current booked stay.
If the boat trip cannot be rescheduled during the winner’s current stay:
a. The prize will be forfeited;
b. No alternative prize will be offered;
c. No cash payment or refund will be provided;
d. The prize cannot be transferred to another booking or future stay; and
e. The prize cannot be used by another guest or group.
The boat trip prize:
a. Has no cash value;
b. Cannot be sold, transferred, resold or exchanged;
c. Cannot be substituted for another benefit or experience; and
d. Must be used during the qualifying SandyBlue stay.
11. Safety and guest responsibilities
Guests must comply with all instructions and safety requirements issued by SandyBlue, Timeless Moments and the boat crew.
Entrants and participating guests are responsible for informing SandyBlue and Timeless Moments of any:
a. Accessibility needs;
b. Medical conditions;
c. Mobility requirements;
d. Allergies;
e. Dietary requirements; or
f. Other circumstances that may affect safe participation.
SandyBlue and Timeless Moments reserve the right to refuse participation where reasonably necessary for safety or operational reasons.
12. Publicity and marketing use
By entering the competition, the entrant agrees that SandyBlue may use and publish the winner’s:
a. Name;
b. Winning entry;
c. Photographs;
d. Video footage;
e. Testimonials; and
f. Other content connected with the competition or boat trip experience.
This content may be used across SandyBlue’s:
a. Website;
b. Social-media channels;
c. Email marketing;
d. Digital advertising;
e. Printed marketing materials; and
f. Other promotional and publicity channels.
The winner and participating guests agree to take part in reasonable promotional activity connected with the competition and prize.
Where required, SandyBlue may ask participating guests to complete an image or content release before photographs, video or other materials are published.
The winner is responsible for ensuring that any participating guest has agreed to the relevant use of their name, image or content. Where a participating guest is under 18, permission must be provided by their parent or legal guardian.
13. Booking cancellations and changes
If the qualifying booking is cancelled, all promotional benefits and any associated competition entry or prize will be forfeited.
Any change to:
a. The booking dates;
b. The booked villa;
c. The lead guest; or
d. Any other material booking detail,
will be treated as a cancellation for the purposes of this promotion.
Promotional benefits cannot be transferred to:
a. Another booking;
b. A replacement booking;
c. A different property;
d. A future stay;
e. Another guest; or
f. Another travelling group.
If a booking remains unpaid or no longer meets the eligibility requirements, SandyBlue may withdraw all promotional benefits and remove the associated entry from the competition.
14. Supplier availability and substitutions
Promotional benefits are supplied subject to the terms, availability and operational requirements of the relevant third-party provider.
If Soulfood is unavailable, SandyBlue may replace the breakfast delivery with a suitable alternative breakfast hamper or delivery.
The boat trip prize cannot be substituted, transferred or exchanged for another benefit, experience, future date or cash payment.
15. Personal information
Personal information submitted in connection with the promotion and competition will be handled in accordance with SandyBlue’s privacy policy.
The information may be used to:
a. Administer the booking;
b. Confirm eligibility;
c. Arrange the promotional benefits;
d. Judge the competition;
e. Contact the winner;
f. Arrange the boat trip; and
g. Conduct the promotional and publicity activity described in these terms.
16. General conditions
SandyBlue reserves the right to reject an entry that is incomplete, inappropriate, unlawful, offensive, fraudulent or suspected of being submitted in breach of these terms.
SandyBlue reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the promotion or competition where circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this necessary.
Existing eligible bookings will be treated fairly wherever reasonably possible.
These promotional terms apply in addition to SandyBlue’s standard booking terms and conditions.
In the event of a conflict relating specifically to this promotion or competition, these promotional terms will apply.
