Villa Marina is a spacious and well furnished 4+1 bedroom and 4 bathroom villa located in Vale do Lobo. This villa can sleep up to 8 adults and 1 child. There is a living and dining area with separate TV room with cinema, sky satellite TV and DVD. The sliding doors lead from the lounge to a balcony with a staircase down through the terraced garden to the pool. Fully fitted and well equipped kitchen with oven,hob, fridge freezer, washing machine and dryer, dishwasher and microwave.
The bedrooms consist of one master bedroom on the same level as the lounge, with en-suite bathroom with separate shower cubicle. A staircase leads down to the other 3 twin bedrooms, one with en-suite bathroom with separate shower and inter-connecting single bedroom, one other twin with en-suite shower room and one further twin with adjacent bathroom. All the bedrooms on this lower level have doors to the terrace leading down to the secured pool area.
The large swimming pool (10 x 5m) which is located down a flight of stairs from the villa, has steps into the shallow end and is surrounded by pool terracing with a built-in BBQ. The pool includes a child safety fence/gate separating the swimming area from the rest of the garden and villa.

Rates are quoted in Euros with a guide Sterling value and payment can be made in either currency.
Changeover days vary from property to property please email us for more information. It is necessary to vacate the villa by 10am on the last day. Access to the villa is after 4pm on day of arrival.
The quoted weekly rates includes maid service with a mid-week towel change. Stays of 14 nights or more include a mid-stay linen change. The rental includes preparation of the villa also cleaning on departure and air conditioning. All bed linen and towels are provided.
SandyBlue can provide many extras on request (charges apply) such as in villa catering, car hire and airport transfers etc. Please ask for more details.
Individual hire: Foldaway bed with linen and towels €125, baby travel cot (as provided by the manufacturer) & provision of foam mattress, linen and towels €90, high chair €30. Extra Maid service on request - €60 per 2 hour booking (this consists of either 1 maid for 2 hours or 2 maids for 1 hour).
For all rentals, a securing deposit must be paid at the time of booking. This is 25% of the total booking value. All such deposits are non-refundable. The final balance is to be paid 12 weeks before arrival.
Accidental Damage Cover (Non-Refundable)
Villa Marina is covered for accidental damage by a non-refundable charge of €6 per person (excluding infants) which will be added to your confirmation invoice. This covers you for accidental damage to the property during your occupation up to the value of €200 per incident. This expressly excludes damage caused through negligence and / or vandalism.
If there has been any damage to the property which exceeds the value of €200, or we believe has been caused by negligence and / or vandalism, you will be notified by email within 14 days of your leaving date and we will issue you an invoice for immediate payment.
In the event of any damage, we ask that you notify us immediately regardless of value.
This does not cover lost house keys which will be immediately charged if lost.
Security Deposit (Refundable)
In addition to the ‘Accidental Damage Cover’, Villa Marina is also subject to a refundable ‘Security Deposit’. This is a fixed amount of €1,000 and is payable at least 4 weeks prior to arrival date.
Any damage caused to the property must be reported immediately and any damage cost will be deducted from your security deposit. Your ‘Accidental Damage Cover’ will cover the first €200 of any single incident.
Following your departure, the Property Management Team will inspect the property and you will be informed within 10 days of any issues identified. Your security deposit will be returned within 14 days.
