Casa Convivio is a glorious 3-bedroom villa that sleeps 6, located in a superb position in the prestigious Vale do Lobo resort. Overlooking the iconic 16th hole of the Ocean golf course, this is an unbeatable location for your Algarve holiday. With uncluttered views across the golf course towards the ocean, Casa Convivio is a welcoming and modern 3-bedroom villa. The property, all on one level, except for the roof top terrace, has a picturesque lawned area to the side of the villa and a super terrace by the pool.
The infinity pool, which can be heated (charges apply) overlooks the golf course and ocean. There is ample room for sun loungers for those lazy days spent in the lovely sunshine. A pool fence can also be installed for extra security for the little ones (charges apply).
There is a shaded area with sofas and a table, while you can also find an outdoor dining table for tasty alfresco meals.
If you thought the views by the pool were good, wait until you see the fabulous roof terrace at Casa Convivio. It has a shaded area with outdoor sofas and a table - perfect for evening cocktails as the sun sets. There are also bean bags for extra relaxation. Look out to the golf course and the sea with a drink in hand!
The villa has been recently refurbished. The modern interiors are pure bliss! The villa’s entrance hall leads to the open plan living and dining room, which has contemporary décor in warm, calming tones. There are panoramic sliding windows leading from the living room to the pool and gardens.
There is IPTV with a range of UK and international channels, Wi-Fi and air conditioning for your comfort. The dining room, with lovely Scandinavian style décor, has a large rustic wooden table that can seat 8.
The kitchen is bright and well equipped with everything you could need including oven, microwave, induction hob, fridge freezer, kettle, espresso machine, dishwasher. There is access from the kitchen to the outside pool area and garden. The gorgeous fittings, including a breakfast bar, make it a great place for cooking and enjoying family time. It is a spacious villa with natural light pouring through all of the living areas.
There are 3 bedrooms at Casa Convivio. The master suite is spacious with a double bed, sliding doors to the pool and garden. It has an en-suite with double sinks and a walk-in shower.
There are 2 twin rooms (can also be doubles). One of these rooms has an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. There is also a shared family bathroom with a walk-in shower. Each bedroom has lovely decor and natural light, with comfortable beds to guarantee a restful sleep.

The Resort boasts superb golf courses and health and beauty facilities at the Royal Spa.
General amenities include mini market, spa, shops, cafes, bars, restaurants, cash machines, bank, car hire, golf courses, tennis courts, nightly entertainment.
The lovely and popular Vale do Lobo & Garrão beaches are close by, and some of the best beach restaurants around such as Julia’s and Izzy's.
And of course, at the Vale do Lobo Praça there are numerous restaurants and bars – open all day and late into the evening. There is free live entertainment from May to September. Monty’s Bar and Restaurant is open all year round with evening entertainment. Enjoy watching the sunset over the beach and ocean from Sandbanks.
Due to building works near Casa Convivio, some disturbance/noise is to be expected. The current project is due to complete before the end of October, 2024 with works typically taking place between 9:00 am and 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday (noisy works can only start at 10 am, all the precautionary measures will be observed to minimize the noise).
Building works in areas controlled by Loulé Council should stop temporarily in July and August. This applies to Vale do Lobo, Quinta do Lago and the immediate surrounding areas.

Rates are quoted in Euros with a guide Sterling value and payment can be made in either currency.
All rental periods include 1 mid-week maid service with towel change. Extra maid service available please ask for details.
Changeover days vary from property to property. Please email us for more information. It is necessary to vacate the villa by 10am on the last day. Access to the villa is after 4pm on day of arrival.
Pool heating is available and costs an additional €459 per week includes VAT. Please note that the temperature of the water when heated is dependent on the external temperature/weather. Cold overnight temperatures and rain will mean that the water may be cooler. We cannot guarantee a temperature of the water. The pool cover must be returned when finished swimming to ensure that the water stays warm. A removable pool fence can be provided and costs €275 per week.

The quoted weekly rates include maid service with a mid-week towel change. Stays of 13 nights or more include a long-stay clean and linen change. For stays of 9 to 12 nights for your comfort, there is a compulsory additional maid service with linen and towel change at a surcharge of €238.37. The rental includes air conditioning, preparation of the property and cleaning on departure. All bed linen and towels are provided.

For all rentals, a securing deposit must be paid at the time of booking. This is 25% of the total booking value. All such deposits are non-refundable. The final balance is to be paid 12 weeks before arrival.
Accidental Damage Cover (ADC, Non-Refundable)
Casa Convivio is covered for accidental damage by a non-refundable charge of €42 per week, which will be added to your confirmation invoice. This covers you for accidental damage to the property during your occupation up to the value of €200 per incident. This expressly excludes damage caused through negligence and / or vandalism.
If there has been any accidental damage to the property that exceeds the value of €200, you will be notified by email within 10 days of your leaving date and we will discount the amount above €200 from your refundable security deposit. However, if SandyBlue believes that this damage was caused by negligence and/or vandalism, ADC will not apply and the full cost of any repairs or replacements will be deducted from the refundable security deposit.
In the event of any damage, we ask that you notify us immediately regardless of value.
This does not cover lost house keys which will be immediately charged if lost.
Security Deposit (Refundable)
In addition to the ‘Accidental Damage Cover’, Casa Convivio is also subject to a refundable ‘Security Deposit’. This is a fixed amount of €800 and is payable at least 4 weeks prior to arrival date.
Any damage caused to the property must be reported immediately and any damage cost will be deducted from your security deposit. Your ‘Accidental Damage Cover’ will cover the first €200 of any single incident.
Following your departure, the Property Management Team will inspect the property and you will be informed within 10 days of any issues identified. If no issues are detected, your security deposit will be returned in full within 14 days.
Properties managed by SandyBlue have full access to our property management and housekeeping services. We undertake routine inspections regularly, ensuring the property is ready to welcome new guests.
