Villa Mulberry is a recently renovated 4-bedroom villa with beautiful furnishings throughout. Set in a prime location in Valverde, it is just a short distance from the local amenities. Villa Mulberry is a great option for a family getaway, with a large pool, trampoline and table tennis to keep you entertained. Shall we step inside?

The exterior

Villa Mulberry is surrounded by lush greenery and beautiful lawns for the children to play. At the rear of the villa, you have a child-friendly salt water swimming pool (with the option to be heated at an extra cost), a trampoline and table tennis unit. There is also a BBQ to cook up an al-fresco lunch and a lounge area with parasols should you need a break from the sun.

The living areas

On entering the villa, you will arrive into a large entrance hall. To your left, you have a utility room and kitchen/lounge area. The kitchen is fully equipped with a breakfast island, kitchen hob, cooker, microwave, kettle and much more.

On the right of the kitchen, you will find the spacious living and dining area designed in grey and blue furnishings with highlights of yellow. There is a large grey corner sofa to sit and relax as you watch your favourite tv shows on the flat screen TV. The dining area can seat up to 8 people, so it's perfect for a family dinner. There is a children's room with sofas, a TV and kids games.

The bedrooms

Villa Mulberry has 4 bedrooms, as well as a sofa bed that is located in the children's room next to the lounge room which can sleep 1 adult or 2 small children.

On the ground floor, there are 3 bedrooms, 2 of which can be made into twin rooms with a sharing bathroom which includes a bath and shower. There is a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The master en-suite has a king size bed, walk-in wardrobe and en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.
