The exterior
The outdoor area of Villa Kavya will become your outdoor dining spot for those nights where you are making the most of the Gas BBQ on offer. You have a large rectangular pool (can be heated for a charge) and comfy sun loungers to enjoy while soaking up the Algarve sunshine.
The living areas
On the first floor of Villa Kavya, you have a welcoming living and dining room. This shared room has large patio windows which allows plenty of light into the room. This room has a flat screen tv with Lazer TV so you can access UK TV channels. The dining room table seats 8, so the entire family can enjoy meals together.
Off the living and dining room you have a lovely terrace which offers gorgeous views of Quinta do Lago Lake and the surrounding area. The kitchen is on the ground floor and has plenty of equipment for the chef's in your group!
If you go to the ground floor, you are welcomed by a second dining and lounge area that opens right out to the pool area
The bedrooms
Bedroom 1 and 2 are on the first floor. Bedroom 1 is a neutral room with a double bed and a small dining table outside the patio door. Bedroom 2 is a cosy room with twin beds which can be made up as a double. Both bedrooms are en-suite rooms.
On the second floor, you will find the Master bedroom which features a large en-suite bathroom and stunning views over Quinta. Bedroom 2 on this floor is a twin room which can also be made as a double. This room also has a gorgeous sunny terrace and en suite.
About the area
While in Encosta do Lago, you are walking distance to the lake where you can enjoy water-sports, the beach, and also the new Quinta do Lago Sports Centre which its world-class facilities.
