Introducing Casa Europa, a 5-bedroom villa that really stands out! Situated in a fantastic location within the golden triangle between Quinta do Lago and Vale do lobo, this stunning villa has recently undergone refurbishment to a high standard. The villa is located at Quinta do Mar, a luxury resort which includes a tennis court and football pitch facilities together with 24/7 security guard patrols, ensuring the safety of residents and guests alike. Casa Europa has gorgeous outdoor spaces, meaning a sun-soaked holiday is guaranteed! As you enter by the small gate you can see a pathway with beautiful cypress trees, leading you to luxury. The poolside area will provide hours of relaxation. The pool is a great size for a large group and can be heated at an additional cost. Sun loungers placed around the pool mean you will be in a prime position all day.
That's not all. There is a separate outdoor lounge area, complete with a fire pit. There is also the gas BBQ, with a dining table for tasty family meals in the sunshine. Finally, there is a first floor terrace accessed via the bedroom, including the large master bedroom terrace which is made for cocktails in the evening!
Not far from the villa, you will find public tennis courts that are free to access. Perfect for all of you tennis lovers out there!
Inside Casa Europa, the bright and spacious living areas are designed to make you feel right at home. The high ceilings and contemporary décor scream luxury. The large living room has comfortable sofas, a cosy fireplace and a TV with Lazer and Apple TV. The dining area can be found just off the living room, which is perfect for evening meals.
The spacious kitchen is equipped with everything you need; fridge & freezer, oven, microwave, built-in coffee machine, blender, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, gas hob and extractor. In the downstairs area, there is a laundry room with a tumble dryer, washing machine, iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner and a second fridge & freezer. Also in this area is the fabulous games and cinema room. The snooker and foosball table will provide lots of fun for adults and children alike. The cinema room has comfortable sofas, large bean bags and TV with Lazer and Apple TV.

With 5 bedrooms, Casa Europa sleeps up to 12 guests. In the downstairs area, you will find a room with two sets of bunk beds. Situated by the games room, it's perfect for the kids! On the main floor, there is a double bedroom with an en-suite (shower and tub).
Upstairs, you will find the remaining 3 bedrooms all with access to a terrace area. The twin single bedroom has an en-suite with a shower, while the double bedroom has a bathroom with shower and tub.
Finally, the master bedroom has a super king bed and an en-suite with shower and tub. On the downstairs level, there is another bathroom plus an additional WC on the main floor. The bedrooms and bathrooms are comfortable and have everything you need for a perfect stay.

There are 8 championship golf courses only a 10-minute drive away and the largest tennis academy in Europe is just 8-minute drive from Quinta do Mar. There are plenty of spas in the vicinity including one located at the nearby Ria Park Hotel and the spa at Vale do Lobo. Praia do Ancão and Praia do Garrão are only a 5-minute drive where you will find great beach restaurants – 2 Passos, The Bold Octopus.

All rental periods include 1 mid-week maid service with towel change. Extra maid service available please ask for details. The villa is prepared for your arrival.
Changeover days vary from property to property. Please email us for more information. It is necessary to vacate the villa by 10am on the last day. Access to the villa is after 4pm on day of arrival.
Pool heating is available and costs an additional €530 per week includes VAT. Please note that the temperature of the water when heated is dependent on the external temperature/weather. Cold overnight temperatures and rain will mean that the water may be cooler. We cannot guarantee a temperature of the water. The pool cover must be returned when finished swimming to ensure that the water stays warm.

The quoted weekly rates include maid service with a mid-week towel change. Stays of 14 nights or more include a mid-stay linen change. The rental includes preparation of the villa also cleaning on departure and air conditioning. All bed linen and towels are provided.
SandyBlue can provide many extras on request (charges apply) such as in villa catering, car hire and airport transfers etc. Please ask for more details.
Individual hire: Foldaway bed with linen and towels €125, baby travel cot (as provided by the manufacturer) & provision of foam mattress, linen, and towels €90, highchair €30. Extra Maid service on request - €60 per 2-hour booking (this consists of either 1 maid for 2 hours or 2 maids for 1 hour).

For all rentals, a securing deposit must be paid at the time of booking. This is 25% of the total booking value. All such deposits are non-refundable. The final balance is to be paid 12 weeks before arrival.
Accidental Damage Cover (ADC, Non-Refundable)
Casa Europa is covered for accidental damage by a non-refundable charge of €84 per week, which will be added to your confirmation invoice. This covers you for accidental damage to the property during your occupation up to the value of €200 per incident. This expressly excludes damage caused through negligence and / or vandalism.
If there has been any accidental damage to the property that exceeds the value of €200, you will be notified by email within 10 days of your leaving date and we will discount the amount above €200 from your refundable security deposit. However, if SandyBlue believes that this damage was caused by negligence and/or vandalism, ADC will not apply and the full cost of any repairs or replacements will be deducted from the refundable security deposit.
In the event of any damage, we ask that you notify us immediately regardless of value.
This does not cover lost house keys which will be immediately charged if lost.
Security Deposit (Refundable)
In addition to the ‘Accidental Damage Cover’, Casa Europa is also subject to a refundable ‘Security Deposit’. This is a fixed amount of €2,000 and is payable at least 4 weeks prior to arrival date.
Any damage caused to the property must be reported immediately and any damage cost will be deducted from your security deposit. Your ‘Accidental Damage Cover’ will cover the first €200 of any single incident.
Following your departure, the Property Management Team will inspect the property and you will be informed within 10 days of any issues identified. If no issues are detected, your security deposit will be returned in full within 14 days.
Properties managed by SandyBlue have full access to our property management and housekeeping services. We undertake routine inspections regularly, ensuring the property is ready to welcome new guests.
