The exterior
Outside the villa has sunny terraces and a built in gas BBQ. The Swimming pool 9m x 4m and has pool heating available (charges apply - the price of the pool heating is based on consumption). The garden is landscaped with lawned garden and also a very nice, shady pergola for when you need to nip out of the Algarve sunshine.
The living areas
Villa Magic has a large fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, washing machine and tumble dryer.
The living room is spacious with an L shaped configuration lounge/diner with patio doors leading out to pool and terraces. The villa has air conditioning and Wi-Fi internet throughout and cable TV with a wide choice of channels.
The bedrooms
The villa has three bedrooms. On the first floor there is a master double bedroom with dressing area, air conditioning and patio doors which lead out to private terrace with sea views. The master bedroom also has an en-suite bathroom.
On the ground floor there are two bedrooms with twin beds, fitted wardrobes, air conditioning and en-suite bathrooms. 1 cloakroom for general use.
About the area
Within either a walk or short drive from Villa Magic, there are numerous fabulous restaurants including BJ's Oceanside at Praia do Almargem and Temperus on Praia Trafal, and just up the road, is the famous Marufu 1 and Marufu 2’Chicken Shack'. See queues here in summer that you would not believe .
Just a short drive away, less than 5 minutes, is the resort of Vale do Lobo. A great 5 star resort with numerous facilities like the Vale do Lobo Royal and Ocean Golf courses, also the Tennis centre, excellent restaurants like Monty's, Sandbacks and Breeze just to name a few. The resort also has a bank, cash machines, Spa, supermarket, medical centre, newsagents, hair dresser and pretty much all the little luxury extras that you might want while on holiday.
Every Wednesday there is a gypsy market that you can drive to (only 5 minutes away). There is a great selection of jewellery, clothing, handbags and shoes and also traditional Portuguese tablecloths, lace and beach towels. Enjoy a coffee and a snack and watch the tourists and locals alike come to snap up a bargain or two. Perfect for taking home souvenirs and trinkets to remind you of your wonderful holiday.
