Accommodation Details

Villa Sol e Mar is a typical character Algarvian villa located in the prestige resort of Vale do Lobo. A welcoming and comfortable family villa, 3 + 1 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms with private sunny swimming pool. Mature, private gardens surround the villa with views out to the landscaped garden and even a sea glimpse off the enormous upstairs terrace.

This lovely 3 bedroom villa has been recently been fully renovated with all new bathrooms and with modern soft furniture giving a fresh sea side type feeling. The villa benefits from a fabulous sun terrace with sun loungers and outside dining table and chairs for dining alfresco and charcoal bbq. Extras include: TV with SKY freeview satellite programs, DVD player and DVDs, iPod dock, CD player & radio, magazines and games.

Included during your holiday is access to the Jardins do Golfe leisure complex with 3 synthetic tennis courts with professional coaches and open all year round a snackbar.

Outside

The villa is very conveniently located at the end of the mid point of the Vale do Lobo Royal 1 & 2nd hole. Within a few minutes walks there are tennis courts of Jardins Do Golfe.

The walk to the beach takes less than 15 minutes along a private pathway of the resort, then alongside the Royal Golf Course pathway. It is an easy stroll, suitable for all ages and buggys.

It is just a few minutes walk to the newly opened is Paixa restaurant / wine bar on the Jardins Do Golfe development. Open from lunch through late evening includes tapas menu, al a carte and cocktails. Paixa boasts a fabulous selection of wine displayed in glass wine cellar. In winter there is an open log fire at the restaurant which makes this a wonderful restaurant to relax and enjoy our lovely mild winters here.

If tennis is your game - you will be impressed with the faciltiies of the 'Tennis In Portugal' tennis centre in Quadradinhas, Jardins Do Golfe, just a few minutes walk from Villa Sol E Mar. There are 3 new synthetic all weather tennis courts and a practice court in Jardins do Golfe – tennis instructors Mark & Maria are available on-site all year round. There is also a onsite snack bar. Guests of SandyBlue have preferential prices for tennis lessons and court hire.

It is only a 5 minute walk from the villa to the medical centre and mini market. A 5 minute walk to the cash machine, post office, newsagent, bank, hair dresser, spa, cafes etc. in Parque do Golfe. There are many more restaurants and bars are located at the Praca which is a 10 minute walk from the villa.

In the Praca there are numerous restaurants and bars – open all day and late into the evening. There is free live entertainment from May to September and Monty’s Bar and Restaurant is open all year round with evening entertainment. Enjoy watching the sunset over the beach & ocean from Breeze bar or Sandbanks.
