This is an amazing contemporary 2 bedroom apartment that is brand new to holiday rentals. Every detail has been thought of for a luxury holiday. The Margarida apartments are brand new and are centrally located in the premier destination of Vale do Lobo.

Benefits from a fabulous sun terrace with sun loungers and outside dining table and chairs for dining alfresco and build in charcoal bbq. Lots of extras including: Air conditioning throughout, Plasma TV with cable programs, internet access, DVD player and DVDs, iPod dock, radio, magazines and games.

Accessibility

This apartment is suitable for mobility impaired, there is an internal direct elevator to the apartment from the internal car park. Apartment is suitable for small children but you must supervise your children at all times on the balcony and pool. The apartment is located on the second floor and has stairs to reach the front terrace of the property it also has an internal elevator.

The Margarida dvelopment is located along the Vale Do Lobo Royal Course, a short distance from the main entrance of Vale do Lobo. The development is set in beautiful, mature and well tended gardens.

The walk to the beach takes less than 15 minutes along a private pathway of the resort, then alongside the Royal Golf Course pathway. It is an easy stroll, suitable for all ages and buggys.

A short walk to Quadradinhos is the newly opened Paixa restaurant / wine bar (very popular with the glitterati!) that boasts a fabulous selection of wine displayed in glass wine cellar. In winter there is an open log fire at the restaurant too.

If you fancy a few games of tennis. There are also 3 new synthetic all weather tennis courts and a practice court in Jardins do Golfe – tennis instructors are available on-site all year round. Guests are SandyBlue have preferential prices for tennis lessons and court hire.

If you fancy a few rounds of golf while holidaying this property comes with a 50% discount for all rounds of Golf on the Ocean & Royal Golf Courses.

From Casa Monty's it is a 5 minute walk from the complex to the medical centre. A 10 minute walk to the cash machine, post office, newsagent, bank, hair dresser, spa, cafes etc. in Parque Do Golfe. More restaurants and bars are located at the Praca which is a 15 minute walk from Jardins Do Golfe.
