Rate Notes The apartments are prepared for your arrival, all your linen and towels are included. Additional maid service is available, please enquire. Changeover days are flexible all year round. It is necessary to vacant the apartment by 10.00am on the day of departure in the high season. Access to the property is usually after 3.30pm. We can make arrangements to store your bags.

Booking Notes

For low and mid season rentals securing deposit must be paid on time of booking this is 50% of the total booking cost.

For high and peak season rentals the deposit required is 25%.

All deposits are non refundable.

All rentals - the balance is to be paid 8 weeks before arrival. A security deposit of £300 is payable before arrival. The security deposit will be refunded in full within 14 days after departure if the property has been left in an appropriate condition.

The quoted rates includes maid service with change of sheets & towels after 7 nights & complimentary welcome basket including wine & food on arrival. The rental includes preparation of the villa also cleaning on departure and heating and/or air conditioning. All bed linen, bath and beach towels are provided.

Cancellation refunds:
Up to 8 weeks - loss of deposit
4-8 weeks - 50% of rate refunded
2-4 weeks - 25% of rate refunded
Less than 2 weeks - no refund

We will definitely come back because it was so easy!

It was our first sun/beach holiday abroad with our 18 month old and apartment 8 was great for us and him. It was clean and spacious with a great terrace. The pool area was fab with the pool bar (with friendly people and nice food) and also the grassy area and kid play equipment. It was lovely and quiet when we stayed with just a few families with kids of a similar age.

We walked to the beach and restaurants a few nights and had some good meals - we especially enjoyed Montys for dinner and the Breeze bar for a glass wine while the sun went down.

We also had a really good lunch at BJ Oceanside restaurant one lunchtime although it was really really tricky to find and we got lost a few times before we found it, but that it all the more worth it.

We can also vouch for the medical centre as our son was quite poorly for a few days and we had to see a doctor who was really helpful and spoke really good english.  We will definitely think about coming back because it was so easy!

We had a Wonderful Time

Although it was only a short break we had a wonderful time.The apartment was very comfortable with every possible need taken care of; the extra toiletries in the bathrooms were a lovely touch.We do hope to come back in the near future and although there was everything we needed within a short walking distance I think we will probably hire a car next time to give us the opportunity to explore the Algarve properly.    Look forward to hearing from you.

We didn't think that a relaxing holiday could be possible.

We didn't think that a relaxing holiday could be possible with our 17 month old twins, but SandyBlue made it happen!

The apartment at Vale do Lobo was simply perfect for us and very baby friendly.

The SandyBlue were responsive to all our needs and an absolute pleasure. Every recommendation they gave us was excellent. We can't recommend them enough, particulary for families.
