Booking Notes

For low and mid season rentals securing deposit must be paid on time of booking this is 50% of the total booking cost.

For high and peak season rentals the deposit required is 25%.

All deposits are non refundable.

All rentals - the balance is to be paid 8 weeks before arrival. A security deposit of £300 is payable before arrival. The security deposit will be refunded in full within 14 days after departure if the property has been left in an appropriate condition.

The quoted rates includes maid service with change of sheets & towels after 7 nights & complimentary welcome basket including wine & food on arrival. The rental includes preparation of the villa also cleaning on departure and heating and/or air conditioning. All bed linen, bath and beach towels are provided.

Cancellation refunds:
Up to 8 weeks - loss of deposit
4-8 weeks - 50% of rate refunded
2-4 weeks - 25% of rate refunded
Less than 2 weeks - no refund

We really wanted to stay for another week.

We had a great trip with SandyBlue - you need to update the website photos as they don't do the penthouse place justice! The sofas on the balcony with the fab view for morning coffee were great.

It was great that you now have control of the pool area as that was fantastic. The pools were very well kept - but a bit chilly! - and the playground bit was an excellent addition.

Ines was able to babysit so thank you for that as was lovely.

Also being able to leave on Sunday afternoon was fantastic, obviously if the cleaners needed to prepare it immediately then so be it, however your approach to such matters is real value added to us and what makes people come back to SandyBlue.

We were able to have an extra trip to the beach (without the car filled to the gunnels) and lunch at Papagaio then back for shower and left the apartment just as the few drops of rain fell. I sincerely hope there were no issues as to how the apartment was left.

Hope all is well and thank you again for a lovely trip - we really wanted to stay for another week.
