Beautiful and modern 5 bedroom villa, located in a quiet area of Quinta do Lago, within 20 minutes walking distance to Quinta Shopping, Restaurants, Bars and 10 minutes walking distance to Golf Club. The villa has one large swimming pool and is fully furnished to a high standard, with air conditioning in all divisions as well as cable TV, DVD, HiFi and Wi-Fi internet.
On entering the villa you are welcomed by a large entrance hall with 2 staircases to first floor. There are 2 twin bedrooms each with en-suite bathrooms / shower. A water closet for visitors and a Spacious and comfortable lounge with fire place, view and access to pool.
The beautiful and spacious fully fitted and equipped kitchen has a island in the middle perfect for serving up those cocktails.
On the first floor you will find a spacious master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a private terrace that overlooks the pool area and the cascading pond. Another double bedroom with en-suite bathroom/shower.
Down in to the basement you will find anothet double bedroom with en-suite shower and window to gardens, a fantastic games room with Pool and Ping-Pong tables.
Quinta do Lago has some of the most luxurious villas on the Algarve coast. Stunning architectural designed villas site in harmony within the 100’s of hectares of natural pine forest and award winning landscaped gardens and intertwined with 4 golf courses.
Facilities include a floodlit tennis courts centre, horse riding and water sports. The environment at Quinta do Lago has UNESCO protection because of the 18 hectares of the Ria Formosa Natural Park which falls within Quinta Do Lago boundaries. The Ria Formosa is a tidal inlet that is a protected home of migratory birds and a wetland of world importance. The Quinta Do Lago / Ria Formosa is one of the last unspoilt coastal zones in Poundpe.
