Rate Notes All rental periods includes maid service. Pool heating is available and costs an additional £250 per week. Please note that the temperature of the water when heated is dependant on the external temperature / weather.  Cold overnight temperatures and rain will mean that the water may be cooler.   We can not guarantee a temperature of the water.  The pool cover must be returned  when finished swimming to ensure that the heat of the water stays warm.  If you are looking for a late deal please email to see how much you can save on the published price. Short stay long weekends available. Changeover days are flexible but during the summer months it is more likely to be on a weekday. It is necessary to vacant the villa by 10am on the day of departure in the high season. Access to the villa is after 3pm on day of arrival unless previous arrangements have been made. Refer to the terms and conditions for additional information.

Low Season Rental

*During the low season the villa can be rented as 1, 2, 3 or whole villa depending on your requirements.

If rented this way the maximum occupancy per bedroom is 2 adults.

Rate Notes If you rent only 1,2 or 3 bedrooms the remaining bedrooms will be locked. You are still renting the entire villa but not all the bedrooms/bathrooms. You will have access to all the other rooms in the villa. The nightly rate is low season is based on 2 adults sharing 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. Booking Notes

For low and mid season rentals securing deposit must be paid on time of booking this is 50% of the total booking cost.

For high and peak season rentals the deposit required is 25%.

All deposits are non refundable.

All rentals - the balance is to be paid 8 weeks before arrival. A security deposit of £300 (£500 in high season) is payable before arrival. The security deposit will be refunded in full within 14 days after departure if the property has been left in an appropriate condition.

The quoted rates includes maid service with change of sheets & towels after 7 nights & complimentary welcome basket including wine & food on arrival. The rental includes preparation of the villa also cleaning on departure and heating and/or air conditioning. All bed linen, bath and beach towels are provided.

Cancellation refunds:
Up to 8 weeks - loss of deposit
4-8 weeks - 50% of rate refunded
2-4 weeks - 25% of rate refunded
Less than 2 weeks - no refund

A friendly and professional service from start to finish

SandyBlue offered a friendly and professional service from start to finish. On arrival it was nice to be met by a helpful and friendly person, not just a phone number, for the duration of our stay. The mini bus was a great help, especially transporting such a large party and the driver a perfect gentleman. All in all we will be back next year.
