Accommodation Details
This modern, spacious 4 bedroom 4 bathroom villa sleeps up to 8 adults + 1 child (in foldaway bed or cot). Includes all you need for a luxurious holiday - private pool, laptop with internet access, plasma TVs, Sky satelite with full sports package, stereo and CDs, DVD players, movies, Playstation PS3 and games.
We have tried to think of everything that you would need or want for a luxurious holiday. There are many extras that have been included in the villa - laptop, plasma TVs in the lounge and bedrooms, Sky satelite with full sports package, stereo & CDs, DVD players and about 100 movies, Playstation PS3 & games, lots of board games even books and magazines. The entire villa has full reverse cycle airconditioning including units in all bedrooms. There is a safe installed in the villa so you can keep you valuables securely contained.
Both upstairs bedrooms have their own full bathroom and direct acess via sliding doors to a large balcony with tables and chairs. The down stairs bedroom is suitable for mobility impaired guests, there is an en suite shower room and sliding doors give direct access to the terrace, pool and garden area. Bedrooms 2 and 3 have plasma TVs and DVD players. Two hairdryers are supplied in the villa.
Breakfast in the morning can be taken on your balcony. Enjoy a freshly made cappuccino from the expresso coffee machine in the kitchen. Forget about having to make a bed or tidy dishes away - the maid will be in soon and take care of it all.
The kitchen is equipped with all the gadgets and gizmo's you need to whip up a fantastic meal. There is a a formal dining table in the open plan lounge, a separate breakfast table in the kitchen and outside dining area.
All the furnishings in the villa are new. The master bedroom is a haven for mum and dad after a hard days chilling about the pool - there is a king-size bed, air conditioning and an abundance of fitted wardrobes. Your bathroom is fully stocked with lots of goodies to pamper yourself. The lounge room is very light and spacious with 3 sets of sliding doors accessing the garden, terrace and pool. There is a 42' plasma TV and large, comfy sofas, squishy cushions and cuddly throws to snuggle under at night while relaxing with a hot chocolate.
The villa is also regularly restocked the little things like tea, coffee, toilet paper and general food items. You will find shampoo and hair care products, bath and toilet soap, sun screens, baby nappies, after sun lotion, first aid kit and even washing powder. As an added extra all the bed linen, bath and beach towels are provided for you while on holiday.
For the children there is a selection of toys and pool/garden toys to keep them entertained. Life jackets are supplied free of charge so you can relax with the children enjoy the large, private pool.
Outside
The large heated geometric shaped pool with intergrated steps into the pool is surrounded by a terrace and paved area. There is a BBQ, sun loungers, outdoor table and chairs to enjoy al-fresco dining in the warm evenings.
The garden is lawn and flowering shrubs. The entire property is fenced and completely secure for the little ones to go for a wander there are plenty of toys to play with and keep them amused

Rate NotesAll rental periods includes daily maid service. Pool heating is available and costs an additional £230 per week. Pool heating included in the price from October to May.
Please note that the temperature of the water when heated is dependant on the external temperature / weather. Cold overnight temperatures and rain will mean that the water may be cooler. We can not guarantee a temperature of the water. The pool cover must be returned when finished swimming to ensure that the heat of the water stays warm.
Changeover days are flexible but during the summer months it is more likely to be on a weekday. It is necessary to vacant the villa by 10am on the day of departure.
Access to the villa is after 3pm on day of arrival unless previous arrangements have been made.

Low Season Rental
If you rent only 1,2, or 3 bedrooms the remaining bedrooms will be locked. You are still renting the entire villa but not all the bedrooms/bathrooms. You will have access to all the other rooms in the villa. During low and mid season the pool heating is an optional additional cost of £230 per week. The nightly rate is low season is based on 2 adults sharing 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom.

Booking Notes
Booking Notes
For low and mid season rentals securing deposit must be paid on time of booking this is 50% of the total booking cost.
For high and peak season rentals the deposit required is 25%.
All deposits are non refundable.
All rentals - the balance is to be paid 8 weeks before arrival. A security deposit of £300 (£500 in high season) is payable before arrival. The security deposit will be refunded in full within 14 days after departure if the property has been left in an appropriate condition.

The quoted rates includes maid service with change of sheets & towels after 7 nights & complimentary welcome basket including wine & food on arrival. The rental includes preparation of the villa also cleaning on departure and heating and/or air conditioning. All bed linen, bath and beach towels are provided.
Cancellation refunds:
Up to 8 weeks - loss of deposit
4-8 weeks - 50% of rate refunded
2-4 weeks - 25% of rate refunded
Less than 2 weeks - no refund

Just to let you know that we all had a fabulous time in the villa. The holiday went without a problem, just a dial on the cooker, and we had a great week in Portugal.

Cannot recommend highly enough the staff at SandyBlue, who look after this villa and a number of other properties in the area. From the moment of booking to the end of the holiday it was a smooth, efficient and very friendly service.
The villa was of a very high standard and exactly as pictured in the photos. It was absolutely spotless and full of lots of lovely fixture and fittings. It had lots of things for children too including pool inflatables, lifejackets and toys and games. Very family orientated. The pool heating was suberb (as we went in May when weather not at it's hottest). Good laptop and internet provided in the villa which we found extremely useful during our stay.
In a lovely quiet location. Didn't experience any noise disturbances during our stay and had a very relaxing time.
I would not hesitate at recommending both this company and this property to anyone, as the service we received was first class, which is rare in this day and age!
