Accommodation Details

Villa Brilha Sol, is a fabulous  4 bedroom villa, set in a beautiful residencial urbanization. His villa is the ideal choice for two families or large groups. Only 10 minutes drive to many shops, restaurants and amenities it has to offer, including marina it is a proudly know for and a lovely sandy beach.

The villa is spread out over two stories, on the ground floor you have a large kitchen and diner, fully fitted and equipped with every appliance you could possibly need to whip up a fantastic meal. There is a separate are for a more formal dining with sliding patio doors leading to the pool area.

The split level lounge has designated areas for watching TV or enjoying a DVD in front of the fireplace or the other area for relaxing with a book. Both areas have sliding patio doors leading out to the terraces and pool area. 

On the ground floor there are two twin bedrooms, these bedrooms share a shower room and both overlook the pool and gardens area. 

Outside

The villa sits on a plot of landscaped gardens, Also a fab outdoor 'dining room' with vaulted timber ceiling and BBQ enjoy al fresco meals at the table. 

The sunny pool has surrounding terrace areas with sun loungers to soak up some sunshine while enjoying a cocktail. Fully walled and fenced, accessed by automatic gates and secure parking.
